Review 1：No air conditioning in the family room - just a fan that couldn't cool the room down.

Review 2：Nice family run hotel ... good quality restaurant with delicious Austrian cuisine. You can catch the bus to Salzburg from just outside the hotel - buy a Salzburg Card from the hotel reception!

Review 10：Spacious rooms for European hotel. Wonderful breakfast in outdoor courtyard mostly shaded with gentle wind blowing through tree leaves. Most TV channels available of any room this trip.

Review 11：Bees and flies both indoors and out during meals. Wifi was poor - very challenging to get access. When we finally got access the performance was slow. The location was overall good for us - but would have been a challenge without a car. Very hot - no air conditioning and small fans did very little to cool things off. Construction across street and highway noise in the morning wasn't great.

Review 26：We didn't like the restaurant very much, we felt as if we were ignored by the server. Also we were given the opportunity to upgrade to the next floor, more comfort for 9 Euro a night. Well when we checked out I saw that it was 9 Euro a night for each person. I was not very happy about that misrepresentation of the deal!! Couldn't argue that because the lady checking us out didn't speak any English!! Also the room was very small and the noise level outside was awfully loud the first night, for hours!!

Review 28：Some of the furniture in the room was broken and the bunk beds were very poor quality. Our major problem was that the room was very hot on warm days with only one small window and we were only given 1 small fan for 5 people. Room only had one small trashcan (minor issue).

The breakfast was also excellent with the car the hotel is also close to Berchestaden region and Salzburg thus it was an excellent base.

Review 32：We stayed there on our way back from Skiing and thought we would stay one night near salzburg. We had our car with us so the fact that it is a few kilometres out of town was not a problem. The place is very friendly, unpretentious and eager to please. The restaurant is a really nice little country style place and the food was fresh nicely made and great value. It is an ideal place to stay if visiting the area and you have a car. The room was small but nice and they had lots of family rooms with multiple beds. We had a room with one double, one single and a cot for our baby. THe staff in the place were happy to see our little ones even though they tend to cause a bit of chaos in resteraunts and hotels like a five year old (Breaking plates, knocking things over and generally being loud) and a 16 month old spilling food all over the table. Really great little place andn great value.

Review 33：Location was good, close to Salzburg and Berchesgarten. Our room wasdisappointing. It was not clean, very disty. They were doing arenovation and our entire floor was cluttered in halls with oldfurniture, beds trash. The room looked like it was not prepped forguests. The toilet was not clean, the pare role almost empy, no soaps ortoiletires. The floor was full of contruction dust. Our shoes and sockswere all dirty after. Wehn I compained ot the manager, he just stared atme. No apologies or attempt to fix. He could have at least offered us adrink! Early in morning all the workers were on our floor doingcontruction. We should have been placed on the upper floor away from themess. Not nice. Restaurant was good food.

Review 36：The hotel is located for an easy drive into Salzburg and is close to theHellbrunnn Palace. If you want to stay outside the city, but with accessto the city and the surrounding area, it is a good (and better priced)place to stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and thebreakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful--most speak Englishvery well. The Family Room had bunkbeds for the children, which theyliked and the room had enough space. The restaurant serves excellentmeals at very good prices!
