Review 1：When we arrived to check in after receiving booking conformation from booking.com the hotel recextion had no record of our booking which was rather disconcerting. All was eventually sorted out as it was a quiet time of year but would it have been so easy to sort out if it was high season and the hotel was fully booked as it normally is in the high sason.

Review 4：Nobody spoke English. No other British travellers so became invisible.No children's sized clubs for mini golf. No hotel information inroom and none in written in English.

Review 6：Doesn't look so very impressive from the outside but still very nice. Inside the rooms are of a high quality and spacious and the gardens are lovely. Staff were very helpful. I stayed over while on business but will be going back with family as location is great and there is a really nice pool section.
