Review 1：I have stayed in this hotel several times in the past. The staff are friendly, the room is comfortable and the wifi reception is very good. The hotel restaurant meals are excellent and great value for money. The hotel is located a short walk from the Plaza Mayor and the park.

Review 2：Everything. Parking was increased to 5euro. Suggest you check you vehicle length. Tight 360degree spiral to navigate, quite hair raising. No liability is accepted for theft or damage.

Review 4：Several design flaws: -Transparent glass ''balcony'' - anyone can see you from the street level... -Bathroom without ventilation and the ''door'' doesn't properly isolate sound and smell. Besides, the short glass in the bathtube might get the floor wet when taking a shower

Review 6：The pillow. Well it was more like a plank of wood. Would have been ok if there had been some spare pillows in the cupboard, but there none.

Review 13：The hotel is well situated for the town centre. It is exceptionally clean and the staff most helpful.I would recommend it.

Review 14：Nice people, comfortable and efficient facilities, easy location to walk into town. Cafe facilities limited for the weekend I stayed but it was the start of Semana Santa. Will definitely stay again.

Review 15：The way to the parking is suitable only for small cars, but it's in a quite area and there are free parking all around. it's just a minor issue

Review 16：All the staff was kind and gentle. It's just two steps ahead the centre and very close to the Don Quijote museum (if of interest)

They gave another room in the second floor which had a terrible wifi connection but I just did not care since it was the most distant to the renovation works. They could just let us know during the check-in and give us another room in case of noise. A little bewareness would suffice

Review 19：It is not very close to the city centre, but it is ideal to stay for one night if you are only passing thought, like we were. The man at the reception didn't speak English, which was no problem for us but can be a problem for other language speakers.

Review 26：Clean and nice rooms. Good location close to the city center. It is possible to park on the street in front of the hotel so dont book the private parking for 3 EUR.
