Review 1：Hotel Weisses Ross was excellent. Booking.com, though, has filled myemail box with messages, mostly in Czech language, which I had askedbooking.com to stop. This almost daily emailing has caused me toseriously doubt ever booking with booking.com again.

Review 5：We stayed here just for one night as a stopover on a long trip. We booked the quadruple family room and everything went fine. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and very helpful. They responded to my emails very quickly and gave me a very good recommendation for a barbers shop next door. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel.

Review 13：Brillant location close to the rail and bus station and to the town centre. Staff were helpful and friendly, they booked a taxi for us to the airport (which is only 12 euros, not much more than the bus which is 3 euros per person) Breakfast starts at 6.30am so if leaving early like we were you can enjoy breakfast before you leave. Breakfast is huge, lots of choice and good quality produce. The staff were attentive and friendly and ensured we had everything we needed, replenishing coffee and tea etc. You can also take your breakfast (or your last coffee!) outside which is wonderful in the better weather. The room was spotlessly clean with a lovely bathroom, toiletries, minibar, tea/coffee making facilities and a really comfortable bed. We slept very well! The hotel itself has lots of character and the outside area to eat and drink is relaxing and attractive. We didn't eat in the restaurant this time but the menu looked great. Really good value for money.

Review 20：I booked a double room but, again, it was just two single mattresses in a double bed frame. This was a theme throughout our trip though. It was a little clique. Everyone kept staring at us and we don't know why!

Review 26：Impossible to sleep as room was too hot and no air conditioning. In fairness Germnay was having a heat wave, but for the price I would expect air conditioning. Breakfast was a real disappointment as staff were rushed off feet and could not cope, no bread, no glasses for juice and when they did arrive they were roasting hot. Must say that under pressure the staff remained polite.

Review 33：Staff had excellent English and were very helpful. The best breakfast selection I have had away from England and a beautiful dining area to eat. Comfortable clean rooms with a lift to all floors. Decent restaurant food, although you are only a short distance from many other good restaurants to choose from. Private parking about 75m from the entrance, but not secure. Great location: the whole of the old centre of Memmingen is walkable from here.

Review 34：We have chosen this hotel due to positive feedback about their restaurant also, but the diner was a disaster. you feel it everywhere - they try to be 4 star hotel, but at the same time,to choose the cheapest things.

Review 36：Went to eat in the evening, dining room prepared as though for a wedding reception. Service very slow and inattentive. Asparagus undercooked. Not even asked if we wanted dessert or coffee - we certainly didn't but ....... Had to hunt down staff to get bill. And there were maybe five or six other diners at most.

Breakfast was not yet officially open when we needed to leave, but they let us in to begin with the "cold" breakfast of cereal, yogurt, breads, cheeses, cold cuts etc. By the time we finished that they had hot items of eggs and bacon ready (since it was time for the official start of breakfast.) They had a fabulous buffet selection for breakfast!

Review 62：On our first stay, we weren´t informed about the free internet access and the receptionist wasn't too friendly. Maybe because we arrived around midnight, coming from a late flight, and left early, or maybe because she wasn´t at her best that day... Nonetheless, that was mended in our second stay: the receptionist was friendly, helpful, provided with all the information we needed and offered spontaneously to keep our luggage after checkout, since our departure flight was, again, late at night.

Review 63：We stayed in this hotel for two separate nights, in the beginning an in the end of our road trip to Germany/Baviera and Austria/Tirol. It is perfectly located in the centre of Memmigen, and a 7 minute taxi trip for the airport. As a family of 4 (2 children aged 7 and 11), it was nice to have a really big bedroom with 4 beds. The facilities were spotless and the hotel combines well the comfort of the rooms with many decorative details in the common areas, dating from various periods since the 15th century. Since the hotel is in a historical building, the floor and the steps squeak a little, so you have to be careful not to disturb the other guests - a little difficult to manage with young children. The breakfast is excellent, in quality, service and variety, and the instant coffee and tea facilities in the room are a plus. I would certainly stay again in this hotel and recommend it.

Review 64：When we arrived around 6 pm there was nobody at the reception and ringing the bell and even phoning the Hotel was to no avail. I was looking for anybody but still had to wait 15 minutes until I could find somebody in the kitchen. She was trying to help but couldn´t operate the PC and had to ask a collegue. Eventually the Receptionist came and gave us the key to the room. The girl was apologetic but there is only one possibility for a first impression and that one was ruined. They tried to make up for it as we were invited to a drink after dinner. A really negative point is - especially for somebody suffering from dust allergy - that the rooms have carpets - at this day and age absolutely imcomprehensible!!! They should at least have some rooms without carpet.

Review 65：Hotel is right in the Center (which isn´t too difficult considering the size of Memmingen). Parking was free of charge. Room was relatively large, bathroom clean. Staff was friendly and the food in the Restaurant was good.

Review 66：The hotel and staff were was wonderful, the town was surprisingly beautiful. We arrived late after an awful car journey and were shown straight to our room without any messing about. It was only a fly in stay to wait for our flight to Dublin next next day but managed to fit a walk around town in before checking out. The town is lovely and we've decided to go back just to stay there for the weekend.

Review 67：What can I say. The Location was great to travel to surrounding areas. The Staff where great and helpful in all departments. The Breakfast was first class, and we ate in the restaurant at night with great local food at a very reasonable price. If you need a place to have a base as we did for six nights, we can recommend this Hotel highly. We hope the owner had a great holiday in Italy?

Review 68：No airconditioning in our room, which was not what was promised in the advertisement. On the friday night we stayed, there was a lot of noise from people on the street, until late (3 am). Which of course, the hotel cannot do anything about. Airco would have helped though, because then we could have slept with windows closed.

Review 71：We had a very pleasant one night stay in the Weisses Ross. We arrived in Memmingen by train and the hotel was very conveniently located a short walk from the train station but we found it was also very close to the centre of town which made it easy to see some sights during our short stay. Our room was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was very welcome on a very hot day in July. We had a lovely meal in the terrace restaurant and the breakfast buffet the next morning was extensive. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Review 72：The food in the restaurant was not good. We asked for baby-chair in the evening during dinner, and then in the morning during breakfast, but never got it.

Review 73：The hotel is well situated in the city center. They have a restaurant as well. The room for four person is big enough with a big bathroom. Clean bathroom and room. Receptionist was very helpful and kind. Parking is in front of the building and is free of charge.

Review 74：It was my wife's birthday the day we arrived and the receptionist couldn't even give us a bucket of ice to chill our bubbles. Very poor!! Luckily the lovely man in the restaurant rectified it later.
