Review 1：We were met by an ancient neighbour who gave us the key and then disappeared. We did not see anyone after this until we left and it was time to pay, two days later. Somebody is needed to show you to the room, explain the facitilies and even where the light switches are. The very dark lounge is cluttered with objects which would have been interesting to view if we could have found the light switch. The a.c. was not working. With the windows shut it ws too hot. With them open it was impossible to sleep as the church clock chimes on every quarter hour and then, 3 minutes later chimes again. Nos encontramos con un antiguo vecino que nos dio la llave y luego desapareció. No vimos a nadie después de esto hasta que nos fuimos y que era el momento de pagar, dos días después. Se necesita alguien que le muestre a la habitación, explicar las facitilies y aun cuando los interruptores de luz son. El salón está muy oscuro atestado de objetos que habrían sido interesantes para ver si podríamos haber encontrado el interruptor de la luz. La corriente alterna no estaba funcionando. Con las ventanas cerradas que WS demasiado caliente. Con ellos abren era imposible dormir cuando el reloj de la iglesia campanadas en cada cuarto de hora y luego, a 3 minutos más tarde repica de nuevo. I was hoping to bring a walking group to Segorbe. I will not be using this hotel. Tenía la esperanza de traer un grupo a pie de Segorbe. No voy a utilizar este hotel.

Review 4：Arrived at hotel...nobody at reception. Had to ring hotel! Took 10 mins for somebody to arrive.When somebody did arrive, no apology and they are couldn't operate credit card machine. Room no curtains! Nobody at reception to facilitate room change for 1 hour. When room finally changed no towels. Again nobody at reception to sort towel problem. Wifi in room no signal... Bad experience... Worst so far from using booking.com
