Review 1：Desk clerk in the morning entered my credit card payment in CAD even though I'd specifically told him I wanted to pay in Euros, then didn't want to reverse the charge so I could pay again as I'd wanted. His claim that he couldn't reverse the transaction was rubbish, of course, but I had to hurry to leave, so didn't follow through with the manager. Need to ensure you hold on to the credit card terminal until you can make that selection yourself. I learned a lesson, but was still not impressed by the clerk's refusal to redo the transaction, which is not difficult at all.

Review 2：Location is good, right around the corner from the old town centre. Room adequately comfortable but quite noisy all night, inside and outside.

Review 3：There wasn't a lot of communication with the staff when we first checked in. We didn't get a map of the city, know what time the reception closed, or have any idea of what time the check out was. To be fair, the staff answered all our questions every time we approached the bar/restaurant area, and ended up being pretty accommodating, but it was initially confusing. The bathroom was spacious, but the toilet didn't particularly flush well. Our room wasn't particularly large, but it was comfortable enough for a night.

Review 4：The location was perfect, as we were both close to the historical district and to the newer area (where the bus and train stations are located). They have a 24hr reception, and they let us check out at a later time. The downstairs restaurant/bar was very convenient, and made the place seemed livelier.

Review 5：I've been returning to this hotel for years. The staff are always great and helpful and make you feel at home. Ideally located in the town center. All floors have WIFI now. An excellent choice and value for money.

Review 6：WIFI signal wasnt good.. We are non-smokers, but the whole room and corridor smelt of smoke. My sister slept the bed next to the door and said it was like sleeping next to a smoking person the whole night!

Review 7：Very nice room with comfortable beds, some special mix of traditional and modern furnitures & walls. Shower was the best in our whole trip around Galicia. The location is perfect too- right in city centre but still pretty close to train/ bus station.

Review 35：The description from the booking and the room we live in are totally different. We are scared by the looking of the room.

Review 36：Only negative was having no view from my room- just a wall! Half therooms face the road (reasonable view) but at the back they just face awall in enclosed courtyard. Can't complain too much though as abudget hotel.

No-one minded us taking our race bikes up & downin the lift and storing in the rooms (lots of athletes stayed here forWorld Duathlon Championships)- very grateful for! Hot drinks at the barwere very cheap and come with free cakes/pastries :-)

Review 38：They give you an amazing toiletries bag. Very nice traditional commercial travellers' hotel, with a well attended bar and a restaurant too. The Easter Sunday procession of the Madonna and Christ passed right below our bedroom window.

Review 39：Room was way too small (triple) even by European standards. Carpet was old, frayed, dirty. Beds were uncomfortable. Shower & toilet were broken. Internet a joke.
