Review 1：Attached restaurant mysteriously closed the night we were there. Staff were surprised too.

Review 2：Centrally located while remaining quiet. Very pretty town centre. Good choice of restaurants. Nearby underground parking.

Review 3：Perfect communication! Mistakenly paid for the breakfast which I did not take - the sum was reimbursed next day!!! The atmosphere is very calm. Windows go out to a typical Bayern street, very quiet.

Review 13：The hotel has an Italian restaurant , which I believe is run by outside staff. Beware the Head Waiter!!! Having firstly tried to foist the day's special menu on us (which we did not want) he was obviously aggrieved that we chose something else. He then brought us wine that we hadn't ordered and could not drink. When I complained, he brought another bottle to the table (already opened) which was passable at best. He then tried to charge €35 for plonk that retails for €8 to €10 at home. We eventually had to give him €25. There was no indication of this wine, or its price, on the wine list and, as I said, arrived already opened at the table. All in all, a very bad experience

Review 70：The parking garage -- it's about 30 meters away and when you go to leave, you MUST have the red chip with you to deposit into the machine so you can get out. The person at the front desk assured me that I needed nothing... he was wrong. After sprinting back to the desk to retrieve the red chip, and then sprinting to the garage to get out, I wish he had said 'you need the red chip to get out' instead of 'nothing'. He made the same mistake to our friends about 10 minutes later... even though he knew everything that had happened to me. :(

Review 71：Greta location in Memmingen. We wanted to see a little of the town before flying out early the next morning and this hotel was in a perfect location. We were only a quiet block away from the pedestrian area and a bunch of great German Restaurants.

Review 84：On arrival we got smoking rooms, though non-smoking were clearly statedin our booking confirmation. On our request they changed the rooms tonon-smoking. No free parking. Underground parking in the neighborhoodcosts 5 Euro/day.

Review 89：Loved this hotel. Memmingen was decked out for Christmas, and it was truly a wonderful hotel as it was close to the main square where the market was. Breakfast was terrific. The staff was great and very accommodating.

Review 90：The room I had (in the annex) was in dire need of refurbishment. The furnishings were old and tired. No kettle was provided. On that basis it does not justify a four star rating. There was a serious problem with a few guests smoking in the stair well and the smoke found its way into the rooms which was quite unpleasant. The hotel needs to do more to enforce no smoking within the building itself or it will lose a lot of repeat custom.

Review 101：Absolutely Rude and unfriendly staff. Overpriced breakfast. Breakfast served till 10am. We was in restaurant at 9:00 - at that time everything (ham, cheese, scrambled eggs and rashers) was finished. When we asked to top-up some food, restaurant staff was not pleasant to hear that. So we feel like a robbers or nackers asking for free food.. Thats not acceptable for 4Star hotel! Poor selection of food - kind of hostel style of. Stayed in a number of German hotel - and that was the worst breakfast experience ever. BTW, in price breakdown when you're checking-out you will see, that breakfast is 17 EUR per room!!! That's absolutely RIP-OFF! For this money in Germany you can ger a full DINNER, not a selection of LIDL ham, cheese and nutella.

Review 102：Hotel itself is more than OK. Right in the middle of town center. Clean room, bathroom, great selection of tv channels.

Review 103：breakfast was a struggle- for us and 3 other guests who arrived well before the end of the session - no butter, no milk, nearly empty juice, no brown bread, no eggs, then all items had to be asked for from staff who were laying the tables and paying no attention to monitoring the buffet. room was by no means 4 star- very basic and tired but was acceptable.

All the main attractions including the rathaus and the maintown gates are all within walking distance of the hotel. Review 106：Wireless internet didn't function - not necessarily the hotel's fault but if the hotel is chosen (partly) because of the free wireless in the room so that one can continue working, it's a bit of a disappointment. No negative other experiences.

Most important to me is the cleanliness and economy. It is verynice that with this hotel it is both plus very comfortable and friendlystaff. I had some bad experiences with another hotel in Germany so Itraveled an extra 1.5 hours to stay here again. It was well worth it. Icounted on it being pleasant again, and it was.

Review 110：we went for cycling holiday around Memmingen. We hired 2bikes at Heiss Radverleih and the hotel let us keep bikes there and also returned the bikes to the bike shop at the end of our stay! this should be advertised more as it is brilliant to cycle around the country side

Review 111：Милый отель в самом сердце города. Очень удобное расположение для осмотра местных достопримечательностей. Довольно старое убранство комнат, но аккуратное и чистое. Ночевали всего одну ночь, выезжали в 6 утра, поэтому завтрак нам сложили с собой. Приятно. Есть своя парковка-сложно переоценить данное преимущество с учетом того, что парковаться так, как это делают в Украине, здесь не принято. Штрафы велики;)
