Review 1：Adjacent restaurant ..not good quality and found it unclean. Believe it may not be directly connected to same hotel management .

Review 15：I was offered a non-smoking room but it smelled as if someone had stayed there for hours smoking. Even though they said it was the room next to it and not mine but the smell was unbearable and I was unable to get any sleep or rest that night! The staff said there was nothing they could do about it. I will certainly not be staying there again!

Review 16：Two things really , one was the amount of litter on the main square in the centre of town. We could not believe that at 11.30 am on a sunday morning the litters sweepers were driving around trying to clean up the mess. There were a large number of people in the square at this stage. The other related to the hotel directly under our bedroom window which was on the 2nd floor the outside bar was located. There were a number of drunks shouting and roaring for a number of hours . They were been served alcohol by the hotel staff. I would not normally comment on this type of thing but it was particulary noisy.

Review 17：Location was good with a regular no 21 bus to the city centre just outside the church about 100 mts from the hotel. We were lucky as when we arrived in city centre there was a mini festival on a lot of activity . It was a sunday morning and there were tapas bars and other cafes open. It was buzzing and vibrant .

Review 18：Could not use the air conditioner because of the cigarette smoke from other rooms. The smell of cigarette smoke in the hotel is the only thing we didnt like.

Review 28：Bed was so hard and they could only provide a duvet to help soften it. Air con was useless in 35oC days. Stayed 6 nights for festival but should only have stayed 3-4 nights max. This hotel charged 240 euro for each night when it would normally be worth 100 to120 euro In Our opinion. The staff in the cafe were the difference for us as they were fabulous ( the girls that is).

Review 37：The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was easy to find and had free parking. It's a short walk to or from the old city. The café was good and reasonably priced.

Review 38：Within hours of making my reservation, I realized the weather was too bad for me to drive over the mountain from St. Jean Pied de Port in France, but weather was supposed to be sunny the next day. I called the hotel and they let me change my reservation with no problem, and I liked it so well and found it so convenient that I wound up staying two days. It had secure underground parking, although I could find no alternative but to pull up on the front sidewalk when I arrived to find out where the parking was (off the side street) and how to get in (push a buzzer). It was a fifteen minute walk to the elevator that goes up the wall of Pamplona's old city or a five minute bus ride to the old city. The restaurant had an excellent dinner. Staff were helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

Review 39：Room looked used and was screaming for some paint jobs here and there. Aircon control was broken but as I arrived at 23 pm I noticed only very late and did not bother to advise the hotel to change the room. Paid 49 euro for a seven hour sleep so all in all ok

Review 50：The bedrooms are small and badly soundproofed. The person in the nextdoor room was playing their TV at midnight and we could not sleep, until I contacted reception and they told them to turn it off. Shame because the rest was not too bad. But will not go back again.

Of course its not in the city centre but that suited us (15 min walk). Rooms were small and could have done with more storage if staying as we did for 4 nights. Review 61：Multi storey carpark hard to find entrance, as with most Spanish and french underground carparks the bays are a bit small and the access ramps very tight. Wi fi only really worked in reception. Don't be late for breakfast, we arrived at 9.30, breakfast was supposed to be available till 10am but there was virtually nothing left - staff just shrugged and said (effectively) tough!

Review 75：A short distance from the old town, the ease of parking was excellent. We ended up eating at the Chinese next door which was quite good. Rooms very basic - after traveling for a year it gets annoying having a "double" room which actually is two singles pushed together!

Review 76：On checking in we where informed that the hotel was very busy and asked if we would like to stay in an apartment across the road... this turned out to be a two bed apartment, very nice and very secure and at no extra cost!!! Receptionist was very helpful in providing a map of the city and explaining fully where to go and the best places to visit, all in very good English.
