Review 1：The place looks nearly like an abandoned tinto. Huge and empty. The room was rather poor and cold. Aircondition did not heat. Blankets look old and thoroughly used. No facilities like laundry, automatic beverage machins, reception across the road.

Review 5：Its locality was perfect for the 8am trip to the national park! The bus leaves from outside the hotel. The room was spacious and clean and having a fridge was very helpful for breakfast, as there is no food at the hotel.

Review 12：We didn´t find any market to buy foodstuffs in El Rocio. There was no coffeemaker in the room.

Review 14：A: Rubbish outside the hotel left for several days. B: Foyer stank of cigarettes and we were not informed it was either smoking allowed in the rooms or that animals were allowed. This could have been a problem as we are both asthmatic. C: The noise from the houses across the way,was a bit too much, but we realise that you cannot help this. D: Why are there so many ashtrays when smoking is illegal in public places, and when we pointed this out to security staff they just shrugged their shoulders and the ash etc was still left while we were there.

Review 15：The room overall was excellent, comfortable and clean. Staff we only saw the receptionist, by the Police Station, who was very helpful.

Review 18：Difficult to get hold of room key as receptionist was not in her officeopposite the hotel and she had to be phoned to come from her home.Shespoke no English.Hotel was almost empty and our room although clean wasvery dated.I Left my sunglasses in the room and it took 2 hours to gethold of anybody to come to the hotel and open up the room.It was notgood value for money(cost 120 euros without breakfast)Will stay at aPosada next time.

Review 20：Rooms in same building asPuenta del Rey. Staff at reception rude very unhelpful. Refused even to answer general questions about the town just waved us across the road. Don't think they would have helped if the place was on fire! Reception for our room was not always manned but available by phone, little english but very helpful place very good value.

Review 21：Spacious room cleaned everyday. Microwave as requested so we could have hot drinks and meals. Restaurant next door from 6.30am to 7.30pm cheap and friendly. Tourist office staff had little english but used translater on pc and was very helpful.

Review 22：There was no possibility to make coffee in the morning; it would be a good extra with Phillips Senseo, for example! (There was no breakfast in the hotel.)

The girl who carries out the first check was very helpfull and pleasent. helping us to find where the local; tourist attraction i.e. Monastery is etc. Plenty of places to eat The receptionists in the building where you stay speak no English but we got by on Spanglish. The location is superb for the Donana Park anf the tripwe booked with an English speaking guide was exelent
