Review 1：The program in the hotel was rather boring. Would prefer more interactive program with the guests.

Review 9：No air conditioning or fridge in standard room which was incredibly difficult with a 4 month old baby and a 3 year old. Pedro hotel manager was very helpful and attentive. Provided us with a fridge (at a cost) and an additional electric fan.

Review 11：It was a mainly German hotel. They didn't seem to cater at all for the English. The wine list was only in German also it was only the last few days that the food labels had English on them. The Germans most unfriendly (I am half German so not biased). The reception women were really lovely and tried to help us but only spoke little English. Luckily there is a lovely maintenance man PAUL who spoke English and helped us. We didn't let is spoil our holiday we still had a lovely time. Just a shame about the German aspect.

Review 12：It was practically on the beach, wonderful. We loved S'illot where our hotel was. The Majorcan people very friendly. I would definitely go back as the location of the hotel was perfect, but not until the German aspect is sorted out, or go to another hotel.

Thin walls - between rooms and to the outdoors, which included a couple of bars/cafes that blared bad cover music from 8:00 a.m. No fridge, no safe, and no coffee in the room. Tried to charge us for a bar bill that wasn't ours and double billed us for the room in the end.
