Review 1：Pool was freezing cold. Pool bar closed for end of season 2 days before the end of our stay. Should keep all facilities in use while people are still in residence.

Review 2：Clean grounds and rooms. Location excellent, right on beach and short walk to main square.

Review 3：We went 24 Oct to 1 Nov. The 3 outside swimming pools were all very cold and no one was using them. There was an indoor pool but it couldn't accommodate the number of guests who's kids wouldn't go in the outside pools due to being too cold. Paid wifi wasn't brilliant at 15 euro per device for a week. Also travellers should be mindful that the entire resort of Cala D'Or seems to shutdown at the end of October until Feb/March. Wasn't a major problem, but by the day we left almost all restaurants, bars etc were closed and even cash machines were turned off other than ones in the square and by the marina .... Not a measure of this hotel but just something for others to be aware of. 1st Nov only 20% open.

Review 4：Good facilities and food, friendly and helpful staff, location is brilliant for families and lots of restaurants and Cala's (small coves with beaches) close by and Cala D'Or Marina within 15 minute walking distance. Really couldn't really fault it for the money we paid to stay for a week

Review 10：WIFI cost 15euro per week, but the quality is very poor, besides the speed is slow, it logs out automatically every coulp of minutes. The bed for baby is quite nice, however the room doesn't really have enough space for the extra baby bed, it just barely fits, but no walking space in the room anymore also can't reach the closet anymore.

Review 11：The location is perfect, the view is unbeatable. Bed and couch very comfortable, enough space in the kitchen. Local supermarket has lots to offer with fresh fishes! (Not the SPA ones)

Review 28：We had to check out of the hotel a day early and experienced quite a bit of push-back from the manager to honor the Booking.com change. However, the front desk staff was very helpful and ran interference to make sure we were well taken care of (and did not end up having to pay for nights we weren't there).

Blankets are just woolen blankets with a sheet, pillows are stuffed with some synthetic material that makes them very little malleable. The entire place could need an overhaul. Breakfast looked mediocre as well, especially for vegetarians, so we didn't try it. 5€ per day per device for wifi seems steep, it's 2015 after all.

Review 48：Restaurant evening opening times - gives impression opening times are until 8.30pm but in reality the restaurant closes down at this time and in order to make full use of buffet you would need to be seated by 7.30pm! We found this out to our cost when we only had time to eat a first course before the terrace area was being cleaned up around us!

Review 95：The breakfasts were excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Plenty of activities. Ease of check in/out.

Review 96：This isn't really a criticism, because we knew what to expect- but there's nothing in the complex or in the surrounding area that is typically Spanish. But if people are just going for the sun, then this is a perfect place to relax.

Review 97：There were very spacious grounds, and plenty of room around the pool, with ample loungers and umbrellas. At night there was no rowdy behaviour. Any problems were promptly rectified by the management.

Review 98：It's quite expensive for apartments, probably because it's Cala D'or but I do think when we went to the Esmeralda beach we had to pay 11Euro s for 2 sun beds and a parasol, what's all that about? Also prices can affect a holiday and so things like ice creams like cornetto s were out at over £3 each, but these are little gripes, I'd go back.

Review 99：The layout of the complex is lovely. The pool is also very nice albeit cold. We tried the breakfast which was varied and cooked well, even the bacon had well done pieces amongst the less cooked pieces which I aimed for. Everything here is clean, the room the outdoor and indoor pool, the gym, reception, dare I say it everywhere. The staff are helpful, efficient and happy which adds to a great, relaxed time.

Lovely setting which is beautifully maintained. Apartment is spacious and nicely decorated apart from the bathroom which was a little tired. Food was good and a varied choice.

Review 121：our room had a magnificent view, but one day we found a roach on the floor. anoter day we found two of them. they were big fat red roaches. of course we went to the reception and they offered us another room where we lived safely till the end of our vacation. so i advise to check the room, especially curtains, as soon as you arrive and not to be afraid to demand a better room if something is not ok. still i have to say that the staff was very polite and understanding and more than willing to help.

Review 122：the location is wonderful, the sea is so very blue and transparent. but in June it is still cold, only 19 degress above zero. there is no other entertainment except for the sea.
