Review 1：We only had one bed made up, we had to borrow bed clothes from out friend in the Town, we had one towel for three persons!! There was a light missing in the lounge, and the toilet had a bad smell!!

Review 3：Not knowing the exact location of the apartment until the day of arrival (it could have been anywhere within a 1.5km radius from the office) The cleanliness of the flat was okay-ish, but could have really done with a proper deep clean. The bedding was in poor condition, new pillows and duvets should really be provided.
Review 4：The location was perfect for us: close to the city centre and in a quiet apartment block.
Review 5：The check-in/ check-out procedure is a complete mess. Offices empty, or closed, with notes written in Finnish only. With an e-mail explaination received the day before we arrived, like we check our mails every day when we travel abroad! As a result, a two hours walking tour around the city, to finaly find the keys at the opposite of the town, in a small locker buried in the snow, right on the street. Seriously. Hopefully wi-fi is everywhere, and most of all people around are Really kind. Be ready.
