Review 4：It's a pretty apartment hotel with good amenities (pool, whirlpool, sauna etc). The rooms were clean and the staff discreetly friendly.

Review 5：When we checked in, we were given directions to our Apartment block and these direction were totally inadequate. Each block should be assigned a name or number, and the guest should be told what floor and what block that they are in. The Beds were very uncomfortable, and all my family complained of backache each morning.

Our kids are a bit older and that was fine, but younger kids really well catered for with lots of activities. Overall thought it was good value and we are likely to return.

Review 22：Not very good value compared to some other places in Cala d'or plus they charge for lots of extras, like WIFI (which didn't have a great signal to our room), beach towels to be cleaned etc....Sofa beds in the sitting room were extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Kitchen and utensils were as basic as you are ever likely to see. Decided to try breakfast and dinner at the hotel and whilst decent, again not spectacular for the money.

Review 33：The first night of a four nights stay was terrible, we were on the top floor and were kept awake by Air Conditioning plant on the roof above our room that was rattling and banging, so at 12pm we went to reception to complain and at 1a.m. the equipment was switched off by an engineer. This was not fixed, but each night was switched off at 11p.m. and on again at 8a.m. (the staff did say they knew what the problem was - anyway, on leaving this had still not been fixed. In addition the beds were extremely hard so we asked for bed toppers which were supplied for the second night, however I consider these should have been on the beds all the time, they obviously know the beds are hard. We would have preferred a room overlooking the pool (we asked for one at time of booking) as ours overlooked the road and rather noisy from the traffic but none available.

Review 43：Room had a musty smell, shampoos and bath gels were not renewed each day despite the high cost of the rooms at just under £230 per night for a family room with 2 young children. Staff in the restaurant and bar were very helpful and accommodating, but staff in reception were generally not very friendly or accommodating, with the added annoyance of being promised a pool side room but never actually being allocated the correct room. Entertainment was generally of a poor budget standard like you would expect to receive at a British budget holiday camp, with the exception being the Robbie Williams tribute entertainer who was brilliant and talented.

Review 44：Food was excellent with a huge variety of choice available which was different each day and to a very high standard. Hotel room was very clean and the outdoor pool areas were beautiful and clean and enjoyable for the family.

Review 45：We were told that we would get a pool view room but no pool view rooms were available, and even when there was availability staff were reluctant to allow us to change rooms, which at a cost of over £220 per room per night did disappoint. The room did have a slight musty smell to it and the furniture was very dated. You need to leave the room by 11:00am on the dot otherwise the staff telephone you every 5 minutes even though I had prearranged with a member of reception staff for us to remain in our room on our last day until 14:00pm.

Review 46：The hotel and location itself is very convenient and within close range of a short drive to a nearby sandy beach, probably a bit too far to walk. The food is very tasty and was always superbly displayed in the form of a buffet with a large variety of both hot and cold meals to suit everyone's needs and tastes. The chef was very knowledgeable of the list of ingredients that went into each dish and was also very flexible to allow us to take the food to our room each night to ensure our baby was fed if she didn't want to eat whilst we were all at dinner which was very accommodating. The management frequently sampled the food on offer to ensure it was fresh and to a very high standard. They allow you to continue using the pool and hotel facilities for the rest of the day even when you have checked out of the room.

Review 47：you had to pay for wi fi in the room, 15 Euro's a week, no problem there except that only covered ONE device, if you each had a device in an apartment meant for 4 people, that would be 60 Euro's for a weeks wifi! be warned.....!

The prices for the onsite bars was very reasonable and there was a supermarket within 2 minute walk for snacks and light meals. Wonderful location on the outskirts of Cala'dor, walking distance to the center but away from the hustle and bustle. I would recommend this hotel for couples and families.

Review 69：Breakfast Swimming pool Location Cleanliness Big rooms There are two pools, one much quieter and one much more oriented to children with a poolside bar and entertainment. There are apartments/ hotel rooms surrounding both pools. I would definitely recommend requesting to be put in a block that suits your needs more. As a youngish couple we requested the quieter side and it's a totally different experience that we enjoyed because it was so much quieter and more peaceful.

Review 87：Maybe not that bad thing, but the breakfast was 5 mins walk, in a different building. While on breakfast - it looks huge, but in reality there is not that much choices, rather ugly sausages, limited number of fruits, very weak and not very good coffee. There is no free WiFi in the room. Two beds pushed together doesn't make it "double bed" especially if they are on wheels.

Review 88：First of all, it's not a typical hotel, but rather apart hotel or resort, located across 5 or 6 buildings. There are few pools, gaming place, live music, etc. The staff was nice, check-in pretty smooth. Rooms rather spacious, with kitchenette (which we didn't use). Breakfast was good, but the room was massive, as well as number of people trying to get food.

Review 106：Their was nothing to dislike. We were self catering (no oven only microwave) so ate out for lunch and dinner, so we got to see a lot of the local area. Most restaurants and hotels close down last week of October so we were just lucky. The out door entertainment finished at 11pm so no noise late at night. The flat screen TV had hdmi and usb. It has all the normal English TV channels plus Film 4, so didn't miss The X Factor. The only thing reception didn't tell us was, don't put the entry card to your room near your mobile. It wipes off data that opens up the car park. Only a 5 min. walk too the nearest beach. 2 minute walk to all the restaurants, and very nice they were too...

Ate in the hotel on four occasions, buffet style with a vast selection to suit all food types. All in all a super stay and would not hesitate to recommend.

Review 109：Me and my husband stayed 5 nights in a studio and loved every minute! The staff were great, John the chief and Sonia the waitress in particular were super friendly and gave outstanding service. I'm nearly 8 months pregnant and John made sure I had a well done fried egg waiting for me every morning. Everything we ate was brilliant and great value for money. We loved the family friendly atmosphere and my husband really enjoyed the pool games every day at 3pm, the entertainments team were great fun, really friendly and highly amusing. All in all we had an amazing honeymoon! Thanks!!

Review 119：Not enough lighting in the apartment, it was quite dark particularly in the entrance. Water feature in pool 1 was extremely noisy all of the time. We tried the restaurant and it was more school canteen- far too bright, rowdy and rushed.

Review 127：our room was overlooking the road which was very busy and it was impossible to sit on the balcony and have a conversation. the gym was very small and the equipment didnt work. the entertainment was too loud and one of the entertainers was very unfriendly and constantly in a bad mood and more or less told you off if you didnt join into the pressure of fun which was very annoying.

The location is brilliant, near the shops, bars and restaurants but not noisy at night. Its 5mins walk to Cala Gran beach which is a good but busy so get there early. All in all it was a great stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

Review 131：We did not like at all the fact that you have to pay for your internet connection in your room. Especially since you have to pay separately for each device. The food was a bit repetitive and their was almost no sea food offered. You have to pay to get access to the sauna area which is not mentioned on their website.
