Review 17：We arrived mid-afternoon...the tapas in the cafeteria were excellent. Hotel ideal for exploring the centre (found 'Bar Angelo', great bar in town). This hotel is fantastic and we couldn't believe the attention to detail. Dinner in the restaurant was a culinary experience - sopa de ajo a masterpiece and the pluma with naranjo sauce brilliant. Our waitress wonderful. Go there just to stay in a lovely hotel.

Review 20：Receptionist pleasant but ill trained as to the hotels amenities. Cafeteria staff unhelpful and rude - we have lived in Spain for 10 years and I mean rudeness not Spanish insouciance. When we booked in on a Sunday afternoon we asked if the Restaurant would be open. Yes at 2030. At 2035 - sorry the restaurant was not open but the cafeteria served the same menu. No it didn't! Despite a reasonable bar menu only 5 items were available, the waiter did not wait on table - except for regulars, the barman studiously ignored me while serving regulars that came to the bar well after me.I eventually had to raise my voice to get any attention.

Review 68：Only problem is that we had a room at the front just next to the traffic lights so noisy although double glazing is good. Must remember to book a room at the back next trip! No noise from other people staying in hotel. Not many restaurants in the town!

Didn't eat at Hotel this time but good food last time with special priced menu for people staying in Hotel. Garage, although difficult to manouver around is very secure. Wouldn't like it in a large car! Go into the plaza and soak up the great family atmosphere.

Review 70：The town of Ciudad Real is a rather strange nowhere-town. And, just awarning if you want to get a mani/pedi at the sister hotel CumbriaSpa--don'T. If you're used to getting yours in California, youwill get less than half the treatment for twice the price. Sadly, thisis the worst mani/pedi I've ever had.
