Review 1：We had to stay for 3 nights. When we arrived in the room there was no hot water at all and found hairs in the linen + stains in the towels, so we asked for a room change, 2nd room stinks of mould and the sink was blocked, changed again and in the 3rd one found a s... in the WC and in the sofa some white stains, we could not change without loosing money so we decided to stay against our will.They moved us to a partner hotel. Booking allowed us to cancel and said final decision was on the hotel, that refused. If we cancelled we would loose the money of one night. Establishments like this should not stay on booking.com.

Review 3：The room was so small that 2 people cannot both walk in it. The bath was all a scratch, defenitely in need for renovation and the availability of hot water was quite limited. At breakfast the self-service coffee machine is largely improvable. So is the juice, the yogourt and other little things that really would't cost much to sort. However it was included in the price of the room.

Review 13：The hotel is outdated, everything's way too old in there. No air condition so rooms are unbearably hot, it's impossible to stay or sleep in there! Staff are horribly rude! For example they were shouting with a guest in front of everyone because he wanted to take a small bottle of tapwater from the hotel! Every time we needed some help they were so grumpy and rude! Our double room was hardly bigger then the bed and it had a really bad damp smell. Nomally there was cleaning service every day but the floor got swept only twice, the rest of the week they didn't do anything (left hair, dirt and sand everywhere). In the shower there's no water pressure, hardly any water coming out of it, makes it also impossible to use. We would never go there again and do not recommend to anyone as it was our worst stay ever!!!

Review 19：Very uncomfortable bed, paper thin walls, you can hear everything next door. Room was extremely small like a box with a bed. Poor quality breakfast. Unsafe area around and location quite far from most attractions and places to visit.

Temperature outside was 13 degrees and inside was not much higher. - Strange smell. - First they gave us uncleaned room, with used towels etc. but after couple of minutes they fixed it and gave us good room. but generally price rewards these disadvantages :)

Review 23：The hotel needs immediate renovation. Doors are so old, you can barely lock them, same applies to balcony door. Very thin walls, you can hear every single moan from your neighbour. If you know what I mean. ;) If you go there, pray that your neighbours don't snore, otherwise a sleepless nights are included in the price of your booking. I am a skinny person, but was afraid that the bed is going to break everytime I moved on it, that's how old it is. Everyday I got a new, stained towel. Once it even had blood on it. There was actually no water pressure, so we could hardly take a shower. TV did not work and Internet was really slow, but it was the smallest of our problems. STAY AWAY FROM PINOMAR IF YOU WANT TO HAVE NICE HOLIDAY!!!!

Hotel could not find our reservation then decided to give us a room key after a lot of messing around. the room I wouldn't even put a tramp in it. Bathroom tiels was all broken and very dirty. Curtains yellow from dirt. Very small and smelly etc etc etc. didn't stay there because in just a few minutes found so many faults made me feel discussed and glad asked to see the room before we paid. Would NOT recommend avoid avoid avoid.

Review 29：For the start we were staing in the hotel is self, but there was no room for us with the hot wather. You could smell mould in the rooms, we checked 3 rooms, and all of them was the same. Women in the reception couldnt speek in english:( but in the morning we asked the other woman, and we paid more to stay in the apartments behind, thank God i was ok. So hotel itself is very poor, uncomfortable etc.
Review 30：I did like two Polish workers, they was very helpfull, i also did like the lokation, it was only minutes from the beach. In the bar you could buy cheep drink, but no entertain there.
Review 31：Extremely noisy (hotel and street). No real coffee in the morning. Room with sea view was promised, but I got a room at the other side of the hotel. No water in the shower on the first day. A tecnician came to "fix" it , but the water was poorly "seeping"...
Review 32：Most members of the staff were realy friendly and helpful. Cheap drinks at the bar. The bar seemed like a meeting point for the elderly habitants: they came to play cards and petanque in the afternoon and evening. I liked that atmoshere.
Review 33：What I did not like the staff of this hotel was unfriendly. I stayed for 10 night n for all that time they did not change any bed sheet not even once. I didn't like that they don't had air conditioning in the room, u can take fan but u have to pay for it, seriously in that hot weather? What about the room, I've been watching the bath for all those days but they did not clean it, it was dirty even when we just arrive there. The shower wasn't working very well there not was hot water so we had to use cold water and the pressure in the shower wasn't enough. The didn't clean toilet and sink either. They change bath towels just one time. I would not recommended that hotel to someone.
Review 34：The one thing that I like that it was near the beach and from my balcony I could see the sunrise but that's all what I like it. The breakfast was alright, there have severals selections, so you can choose anything u like.

Review 37：For the price paid, we were not expecting luxury, but we were still highly disappointed by the hotel: - very small room - dirty and rusty bathroom - poor flushing - no hot water - broken bathroom light, which was not fixed for 3 days - one day of omitted cleaning - poor breakfast selection (narrow selection, cheap and unattractive food, early run-out of stocks, beverages made out of salty watter) - smelly dining room - constantly unattended reception - receptionist without EN language - they advertised Internet access for small payment, however despide the payment, it was available only in the lobby and the connection was so slooow. The hotel is not wort any monet.
Review 38：Despite the poor quality of the hotel, the resort is otherwise quite good. The beach is close and the overall surroundings is rather nice. There are lot of shops and restaurants.
Review 39："Free parking" means "find your own parking", but is just a minor issue. There was no hot water in room 109, but we got another room. Overall the staff was friendly, but it seems they can't make any "more serious" decisions without Juan. Some corners of the rooms and the corridors were not clean.
Review 40：After reading several negative reveiws we were not sure what to expect. However, it was a nice surprise. The hotel is literally around the corner from the beach. In the night it was quiet, despite of bars and restaurants on the same beach. The rooms are not large, but offer enough comfort for a budget vacation. Bear in mind that this is a 1 star hotel and is advertized as such. What you see on the photos is what you get on spot. The beds and bed sheets were clean. The bathroom was clean despite some rust, but it is something you can't avoid in such a humid climate. The breakfast is much better than in some 3 star establishments on Mallorca. There is also a Nescafe machine in the dining room. This will assure you'll get a proper coffee or hot chocolate in the morning. We've seen Juan, the proprietor, a couple of time and he is a great guy.
Review 41：The airconditioning wasnt working although a unit was present My pillow was simply rolled up wadding with no cover The sink had not been properly cleaned. The apartment was south east facing so the sun was on the balcony all day and the apartment was really hot without the air con. The door although it locked did not seem secure as it rattled back and forth when you tried it. The safety deposit was a waste of time because it was too small to fit even the smallest tablet device and that was the only valuables we had.

Come on, we are in 2014. 4) The wardrobe in the room smelled like mole and I was coughing in the night. 5) I would hear the neigherbours from above having sex, neigherbours from the side talking.

Review 102：Absolutely no anything in the hotel for the convinience of the guests. Only the room and the breakfast. The room tiny and run-down the furniture and the bath - must renovate them. Staff - can't speak English, I tried German but at the and it was a mix of Spanish and German. I had to ask a German woman who could speak Spanish to help me to undertsand the woman at the reception. Otherwise she was kind. The free wi-fi was only 10 minutes, but no one told it to us. When we asked for more and told that we were willing to pay, she answered that only tomorrow as she could't handle the computer.

Review 110：Great location! Right on the water and a short walk to the cafés and restaurants. Amazing price, the rooms are not the sheraton, but that is apparent from the picture, but if you are paying this price and expecting luxury your in the wrong country! The breakfast was substantial and there was plenty for everyone and it was freshly cooked. Of course, as the rooms are small and close together you can hear what is happening in the rooms beside, above and below. ... so if you are a light sleeper or don't like hearing people through walls, take some ear plugs and all will be fine.

Review 113：Stayed at apartment. Rooms were big and clean. Rooms were cleaned every day. The AC was working. Big rooms. The view from the balcony wasn't perfect but we could watch the sea waves every evening. Breakfast was really good: baked eggs, bacon, cornflakes, fruits, yogurts. To sum up: for such a price and 1 star hotel just can not expect anything else. If you are looking for a peacefull holidays far aways from bars, clubs and other noise hotel Pinomar is the right choise!
Review 114：1. Tea and coffee on the breakfast were made desalinated seawater (try to dink it, it's awful) 2. During 1 week never cleaned floor and never changed towels 3. A very poor kitchen - even no kettle, awful furniture, the dishes were not washed 4. Drawer with cutlery located at the bottom, near the garbage can 5. Review 116：NO,NO,NO - don't do it. Bathroom in the apartment smelled terrible. Rooms were not cleaned properly and beds weren't even made to a good standard. There was even a hole in the duvet. Service was terrible. Staff ignored us for over 15 minutes at reception. Breakfast was not great. Same bland food every morning. Hotel was built in the 1970's and looks like it's still there in terms of decor and service. If you want to save money book earlier and find somewhere better. It's not worth it to be angry for your whole holiday. Definitely would not return to this hotel.

Advertised as air conditioned room, but you will be charged for a/c, as well as for security boxes, internet... Poor shower plumbing, no shower curtain, so puddles on the floor permanently. Kichennette poorly equipped. No dedicated parking, need to find a spot yourself. Sometimes noisy street at night.
