Review 1：Did not include WiFi although other apartments do. Sample necessities are provided just at check-in. Supermarket is 20 minutes drive.
Review 2：Very nice apartment with all appliances. Good location, cozy and functional.
Review 3：The village is not suitable for summer vacation cause it is more a ski resort and a little bit far from the main area village -Vielha. It is abondend in the summer and all restaurants are closed. It is quite empty. If you arrive to the Pyrenees for trekking and nature walking then it is much preferred to stay either at Espot which is next to the main entrance of the national parc, or at Vielha, where you can have a little bit of city life and services. I would have wanted cleaning services, cafeteria and a little supermarket nearby for ingredients. If you want to eat you need to drive 20 km. no coffee machine neither kettle in the apartment. There was a washing machine in the apartment but no dryer so you can't really take advantage of it. Bed was uncomfortable!!!!

Review 5：The resort is still being built and the builders start at 7.30 am on the dot, and work for 12 hours. We were there in the summer and there is very little life.if you want to shop or eat you need a car. The views from the accomodation given the way is is squeezed in are very boring.

Review 7：No hot water because no pressure in the boiler. Agent was not available although they provide mobile phone number for emergencies. I had to resolve it on my own

Review 11：No idea where to park when we arrived and nowhere to stop and check. Office was closed on Sunday and when we called number on answer machine the person hung up on us. Had to call booking.com to sort it out for us, finally got to speak to someone but due to language barrier ended up waiting almost two hours in freezing car park with small children to get into apartment. Make sure you sort all arrangements BEFORE you arrive – where and when to meet, how to collect keys, where to park in the meantime, even where the apartment is as our sat nav didn’t recognise the address. Make sure you have a contact name and number – there is no reception. Only other comment would be providing tea towels and oven gloves.
Review 12：Location was excellent, underground car parking with lift to apartment, 1 minute walk from gondola to ski locker (provided with apartment), another minute from locker to apartment. Comfortable apartment, DVD player and Spanish TV, washing machine, heating very easy to control and very quick to warm up apartment. Beside gondola and across road from some shops, hotels and restaurants, but still very quiet at night. This is very much a family resort and we would definitely return both to the resort and to the apartment.
