Review 1：had to get key re authorized on second day plus internet access no apology from staff for inconvenience plus no night porter or contactable staff at night there were very noisy people the second night didn't quieten down till 4.30 A/M so no sleep with a 7 hour drive next day not good

Review 3：We found the hotel quite difficult to find out on the ring road. The walk into the town took about 20 minutes.

Review 9：It was excellent value for money. The room was very clean with a big bathroom. The environmentally friendly features of the hotel were commendable. The staff were sensational, very friendly and helpful. We stayed on longer than we had planned because we liked it so much.

Review 10：Lack of ventilation on each floor as no windows. Bedrooms are too hot. No shutters. We changed room from 209 (front, loud, people smoking outside) to 202 (smaller and noise from roof Eco converter). Both bad. Road very noisy.

Review 12：Room was much smaller than i imgined. It was Auguest, but inside the room was so hot that i cannot fall a sleep, and dry that made my throat hurt the next morning.

Review 17：Very clean, modern, budget accommodation. Comfortable bed. Section for children with bunk beds separated from main room by door. 10 minutes by car from Guerande. 5 minutes from cinema. 2 minutes from supermarket and boulangerie. Free gated parking. Easy access to main roads.

Review 26：Badly situated between a motorway and a road. No restaurants nearby so had to drive back into town. Characterless modern block amongst other similar buildings. Small, sparten room with only two towels & two pillows. Nowhere to store cases or clothes. Had to close windows, due to road noise, and sleep in a airless room. Breakfast adequate but served in a noisy, crowded. cafeteria type room.

Review 29：Ten minute drive from Guerande, which is lovely. Spacious room for adults and kids. Bunk bed good solution and did NOT make a lot of noise. Matrasses little hard, but fine for one night. Personell ok. Room rather hot even with rainy weather. Better after opening window, but not suitable for summer. Small bathroom. Price quality very ok!

Review 30：Overly-complicated wifi (2 codes, bla bla bla), and in the end I couldn't even get it to work (and I'm not technologically-challenged...)

Review 33：The staff in reception were outstandingly helpful. We had arrived by bicycle and they were very attentive to our needs. In particular, in the evening a huge storm developed which made it all but impossible to walk into Guerande for a meal. The young lady in reception organised a taxi for us and then made us a coffee while we waited. She was wonderful. Thank you
