Review 1：A little tricky to find but festival disrupted traffic and made more difficult (not hotel's fault).

Review 2：Large older suite with lovely view. Far enough from town center to be quiet. Good food.

Review 4：Great location.friendly staff. Room is clean and cozy and has enough space. The view from balcony was excellent. Breakfast was great. especially, diner which can be request at the morning time is valuable. It's really wonderful stay for us. Sicher werde Ich wiederbesuchen!

Review 5：Nothing in particular, just some of the upholstered furniture was dowdy, even for a countryside hotel. Tea/coffee making facility in the room would also be welcome.

Review 6：The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is within a stone's throw from the center of the village, but still a little bit uphill, offering a breathtaking panoramic view (hence the name))). The superior room we took was spacious and came with a balcony. The breakfast and dinner were simple and unpretentious, but filling and of good quality. The service was very nice and friendly, in the best traditions of Alpine hospitality.

Review 9：The location was realy good...just a couple of minutes walk from the cable car. Plus, the wellness at the hotel was also very good, especialy the steam bath.

Review 10：The attitude of the owners after we were seated at the wrong table in the restaurant for dinner. They intimated that we were in the wrong, however we had been seated by their own waitress (hardly our own fault). The following morning they made another loud and rude gesture of showing us to another table with 'our' room number on, however when we pointed out that this table had room number 205 on & our room was 204 the owner grabbed the number plaque, threw it onto the next table & told us to sit down!!! Not the best attitude to treat your paying guests>

Review 15：The position of the hotel is perfect for visiting the mountains, if you stay more than 2 nights with the "KarternCard" you can you the lift to the mountains for free. We asked for bikes and we found Electric Bikes that helped us in ciclying through all the ups and downs. I suggest this hotel to everyone who loves walking and ciclying in a beautiful place in the nature.

Review 17：Beautiful location, lovely hotel, owners very friendly. The breakfast and dinner were good. We had a beautiful view from our balcony and the room was spacious. We thought it was the best hotel we stayed in during our 2 weeks alp tour.

Review 18：Dinner is between 6pm and 8pm, which means we had to leave the trails too early to get back in time. Would be nice to have it at least till 9pm.

Review 19：Perfect location (probably the best in this class in Heiligenblut), very kind staff, nice and clean rooms, great view, and the food is like wow! Half board is great value and it is also a good thing that the Hohe Tauern Card is included in the package if you stay more than 2 days. If Heiligenblut, this is the place we will stay!

Review 25：The Hotel and owner operator were great Very friendly and hospitable.This hotel is in the mountains in one of the mopst beautiful sections ofthe world. We had a great room with pleanty of space. The breakfast anddinner were very good. We missed breakfast the first day and the ownerwas very nice to put something together for us anyway. The room comeswith a pass to the apline highway which is a great value. I reccomendthis hotel highly.

Review 26：Limited breakfast, poor selection. No fruit. Limited facilities. Still a walk to the town center--many other hotels better located. Limited parking, no covered parking. Confusion at check-in --did not give me the suite I reserved. Later in the evening when they realized the mistake they approached me at the bar while having a nightcap and asked me to move my things to the suite. I told them I was fine in the smaller room but clearly they wanted me to move right then and there--obviously they did not want to miss out on the higher priced rate of the suite. It was their mistake but I had to pack up and move to the other room on their schedule. Clearly, they had things to do and I needed to meet their schedule.
