Review 1：Would prefer to stay somewhere without entertainment.

Review 2：Good value accommodation. Modern. Big balcony. Nice gesture getting a bottle of wine on my birthday!

Review 3：I think they need a gym to run off all the extra calories I put on during my all- inclusive stay. The cost of the room safe is a bit high at 18 euros.

Review 4：Very friendly staff, animation team got us off the sun beads (thanks Stefan and Boogie), facilities are good had an upgrade to Royal for an extra 70 euros, this gave us a nice view of the beach and sea room 9102. The food was excellent with good variety and theme nights. The chef's Paella lunch where he demonstrates how to cook by the lower pool, be quick to get your plate as it is popular.

Review 5：Poor entertainment and it felt like butlins in the sun. Shame the apts aren't near the beach as they are far superior rooms

Review 7：The rooms where small the cooking facilities terrible one wardrobe for 4 persons no drawers and one shelf . The fridge was rusty no oven 2 small rings and the breakfast bar was a dressing table !

Review 11：We had to upgrade to a different room as ours was overbooked and we would have needed to move after one night (which I didn't want to do). In the end we got the upgrade for free but there were no facilities apart from a kettle and fridge so we couldn't prepare any food (even a sandwich as we had no cutlery or crockery). The beach was rammed and overcrowded - didn't spend more than a few hours there.

Review 12：The room was lovely and clean, the beds were amazing (they had tempur type mattresses) and the shower was good. The staff were ALL really pleasant and helpful.

Review 19：Only bad experience was that the reception applied a massively unfavorable exchange rate that meant I was overcharged by over £110 from the price quoted on booking.com , the hotel said there was nothing they could do as the rate of exchange was provided automatically by the bank - although I did expect a slight difference , this was a big adjustment for us and I was not happy.

Review 20：The addition of the new splash pool for the younger kids was excellent and we couldn't drag our 4 year old away ! The staff really make a difference to this hotel , they are all cheerful and provide a brilliant service , especially in the all inclusive restaurant , which again provided a high standard of food. Special mention must go to Jordan the Soccorista (lifeguard ) who was especially kind to our daughter. We will definately being booking again for next year.

Review 21：The hotel is building a new children's paddling area. Unfortunately our balcony directly overlooked the construction site. Drilling took place from 8 am to 6pm everyday and the fumes from spray painting meant we couldn't open balcony doors. Staff were not helpful or interested in moving us but just kept saying it was the last day of building which it clearly wasn't.

The food and entertainment was excelent, especially the theme nights. We loved the animation team, no pressure and no cheaters thanks to Juanma and Denis. The Pools were very clean and if you prefer the beach it was easy walking distance. The beach was actually in a beautiful cove.

Review 49：Stayed at the Ferrera Blanca between 12th to 19th July had a great time, the hotel and staff where very good made us very welcome especially Rebecca on reception she went out of her way to help us we had booked a trip out and then realised that the pickup was not outside the hotel the problem being that my wife has serious Asthma and could not walk up to the next hotel when she was told this she then arranged for us to be taken to the pickup point thank you again Rebecca, also all the other staff where great form the cleaners to the animation team who tried there best to get everybody involved, the only bad thing I heard was from a couple of people who were staying around the main pool bar area they said it was a bit noisy as that is where they have the main entertainment on of a night but in the hotels defence everything was finished by 23.30hrs, we stayed in block 9 which was very quiet and very clean no complaints from us Thank You Ferrera Blanca and Rebecca you are FAB!!

Review 95：Upgraded to room with a sea view and were promised a basket of fruit which didn't materialise; the room was cleaned in a very perfunctory manner (e.g. crumbs on floor remained for several days); worst of all, despite having an air con unit it's apparently not enabled until July which made the room uncomfortable at times (NB: this wasn't mentioned in the brochure and the room is sold as fully air con).

Review 98：Honestly, I liked everything :) We were three couples - and really had a great time when staying at this hotel! The staff was just excellent - starting from the arrival moment - we arrived at night and were offered cold snacks instead of dinner, which we did not even expected. The rooms of the hotel were also nicely located with terrace of balcony, rooms were fully equipped. Food also very delicious, with specific themes for dinners (Spanish, Mallorcan, Mexican), large variety. Overall, good quality and price ratio, would reccomend this hotel for anyone!

Review 105：We got the suite with a balcony which got the sun for 90% of the day! Well worth it! The beach was lovely and everything was in walking distance aka cala dor other cove beaches and it is well worth going to the marina which is a two minute drive in taxi! Beautiful!

Also we booked self catering but upped it to full board when we got there but we were expected to pay for a jug of water at each meal sitting which is just ridiculous! In the end we just helped ourselves but felt like we were doing something wrong because we didnt have a all inclusive band on our wrist! Lastly we were told nothing about the kids club on our arrival yet seen other families being told all about it at reception! Was this because we 'only' opted for full board?? Again, not impressed with this. Overall we had a great holiday bit these little things were annoying!

I had emailed them in advance with a couple of qtns and requests and everything was as it Shld be on arrival.…including the complimentary glass of Cava which was a nice touch. The complex seems very kid and family friendly. Great kids club offering a variety of activities. Even things organised to keep the dads busy.
