Review 1：The elevator didnt go to the last floor where my room was located and doesnt start in the bottom floor. So if you dont like carrying stairs up your luggage go somewhere else. Also the wifi didnt work for all my stay, 2 days.

Review 3：We were travelling on motorcycles and had booked secure parking as advertised on the website. On arrival we were advised that the secure parking was in a remote public car park @ 12 Euros / night. This is not what we wanted and decided to leave the bikes locked outside the hotel. The hotel staff were not very friendly and the breakfast was average for the cost.

Review 8：Major renovation of reception - not told of in advance so difficult to find entrance to hotel. Parking not straight forward but secure once in. Room only had 2 beds (booked 3). Reluctant to let us have room next door which was made up for 3 (and bigger) but did eventually. No apologies for any of the above. Internet very flaky.

Review 12：Nice, newly decorated rooms, very good location. Staff, the ladies and the reception and the manager were very helpful. We had our bikes delivered before our arrival, the hotel has accepted them and was very responsive in emails when we arrange this.
Review 13：First I was offered a room on the top floor nearly without windows; there was no cold tap water and the toilet flush was not working. In the morning I've been waken up by the police knocking in the door who was looking for somebody.

Review 17：Not much we could do about it but hotel costs during San Fermin are very high. We felt lucky to even get a reservation. Beds were typical firm matresses with flat pillows--not like 4 star hotels in the U.S.
Review 18：Location was just on the fringes of the festival activities--we would not want to be closer. The staff was multilingual, very friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. The room was quiet even with a room on a primary street. Underground parking was available at the last minute.

Review 125：The receptionists were cold and indifferent; I was hardly greeted and was never really made to feel welcome. Very disappointing service; at checkout, they didn't even offer to get a taxi for me even though I had a lot of luggage. My room was not cleaned on my last day at all, and the other days the room wasn't done until after 2:00pm.
