Reviews for Hotel Fuentenueva
Review 1:not really a don't like, more a regret - someone put effort and taste into this hotel 9 years ago, but it is not being maintained and will soon decay past the point of return -- a shame for such a nice property
Review 2:price is very reasonable for the comfort offered included breakfast very good excellent bed attractive modern decor contrasted with old building
Review 3:breakfast
Review 4:Location, Staff attention
Review 5:Nothing bad but a little tender loving care needed.
Review 6:location Frienliness of staff
Review 7:Quite a modern hotel with good facilities and breakfast.
Review 8:Everything was great from the rooms to the pool. But more important, the reception is kind and friendly.
Review 9:Great place! friendly, quiet and comfortable...it's very close to the historical center of Baeza. There is also a small swimming pool!
Review 10:Nothing major. There was no fridge and the pool was closed. I guess theyonly open it for the high season.
Review 11:The room was comfortable and we slept really well. We were in mid mayand had the feeling that we were almost the only one at the hotel. Wetook the breakfast which was great. We normally never take it but we areglad we did this time! They had a baby bed which was a plus for us. Wewere able to park on the road almost in front.
Review 12:The town of Baeza was a pleasant surprise with an interesting old bit and a nice centre which is where the restaurants are. The hotel was just a short walk away. Easy on street parking.
Review 13:We were able to park in the street outside the hotel, but at a busier time this might have been a problem
Review 14:It was small, friendly, quiet and comfortable, and near the main square of the town.
Review 15:To our surprise - there were no door between the room and bathroom...There was a kind of a glass door, but it was a 'small' one -only above 0,5 m above the floor and not reaching the ceiling. When weasked for a different room we were told that all the rooms are likethat. This should be mentioned in the hotel description or at least attheir website. Despite numerous 'no smoking' signs all overthe hotel it strongly smelled cigarettes and there were even somecigarette butts...
Review 16:It is a nice hotel and definitely to recommend. Rooms are spacious andcomfortable and it is just a 3 minutes walk to the small centre ofBaeza. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic - the best we had over a oneweek tour of Andalucia!
Review 17:Some street noise from rooms at the front. If you are noise sensitive, then best to ask for/change to a room at the back.
Review 18:Convenient location in Baeza with a good chance of street parking nearby. Easy walking distance to all the churches and monuments. Small plunge pool in patio garden at back. Friendly, helpful owners. Hotel is a large, converted old town house, modernised by an interior designer with bedrooms in bright colours and black-and-white. I had a very large, comfortable room with excellent bathroom, very good bed, lots of hot water and efficient air-con. Very good breakfast. Excellent value for money.
