Review 1：Only evening menu of the day available in the restaurant which was not good value for the price. Expensive to park the car in the hotel garage.

Review 2：The staff were very helpful.

Review 3：The reception staff forgot to tell us that we had to pay for the public parking across the street from the hotel. And they forgot to tell us how to put money and where. When we got up the next day our rental car had been in pounded! It wasted our whole morning to recover it, and it cost us almost $150 to pay for the tow truck and the penalty.

Review 31：Not surprisingly the price of this hotel is sky high during the festival. A note of caution for non-smokers, the hotel hasn't quite got the idea. They think that spraying a room with strong air spray turns it from a smoking to a non-smoking room. Eventually, after a rather bitter complaint they 'found' an actual NS room for me.

Review 38：We were put in a non smoking room on the first floor. We requested to be moved because the room had been smoked in. This was inconvenient and we wasted time making a formal complaint. The reception manager dealt with the matter very promptly and we were moved to a better room. The Hotel needs to enforce the non smoking policy. No smoking signs should be placed on all floors and in each room. We were disappointed with the initial reaction of reception staff who took no ownership and therefore we had no option but to speak to the manager.

Review 70：The restaurant manager first said she didn't speak English, then later spoke quite sufficiently. She gave us a Spanish menu which I went to reception to ask about and the receptionist went into the restaurant and asked why we were not given an English one. We then got the English one. We felt she was very unfriendly.
