Review 1：The private car park involves a car lift and is difficult to negotiate; parking in the road may be a possible alternative [okay in September anyway]

Review 2：A very large clean apartment [in a hotel type set up]. Very conveniently situated just outside the Roman walls of the old town [10 minutes walk to centre] and also near a large supermarket, bakers etc.

Review 3：Kitchen equipment rather poor (no watercooker f.i., only two small pots, one cover). I wouldn't go into the garage (underground, entrence with elevator) if i had a Mercedes, but not even with a Smart! Wifi doesn't work most of the time

Review 8：We found some really cozy cafes. And I love running around the muralla-wall. The apartment was located at a suitable distance from city center.

Review 9：Apartment spacious & very clean, quiet allowing a good night's sleep. Good location short walk to old town. Lift to the car park is fine for a small car (eg Fiat Panda). Larger cars (eg Renault Laguna estate) were in the car park, therefore confident drivers successfully negotiate the parking. There seemed to be on street parking available in the neighbourhood if you prefer & are willing to drive around looking for a space.

Review 51：First time I've ever stepped into a hotel room and wondered if ithad been cleaned. Hair on the floor, crumbs/dust on kitchen counterand coffee table, a comb left next to bathroom sink, sheets were cleanbut smelled slightly of cigarettes. Issues were brought up at check-out- hopefully was an isolated incident.

Review 53：The garage is a lift down to an underground car park. Our car was too big for this and Angelica on reception did not recommend its use. She was so helpful in arranging safe car parking in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast excellent value for money and the city walls only an short walk from the hotel.Excellent value and ideal for seeing Lugo old city

Review 54：difficult to find . we actually walked around it in circles several times as we didn`t realise that the signs we were following from the bus station to the apartments were intended for drivers in a one-way traffic system! In fact it`s only a 5 minute walk and a similar distance from the old town.

Review 57：We stayed here for 2 nights and found the apartment very clean and comfy. It was very easy to find the hotel using the sat nav and only 10 minutes walk from the town. We parked our bike in the secure underground car park which is accessed by a lift. There was cars of all sizes parked down there and no one else seemed to have any problems using the lift or parking there. It was easy on the bike and you can access the hotel in another lift. There was no kettle in the apartment but there was a few pans so we made coffee using 1 of the pans. It was great having a fridge so any drinks we had stayed chilled. We even had a tub of ice cream in the freezer. There is 2 tv's, 1 in the sitting area and another in the bedroom. We did find a English channel. There is also free wifi which is always a bonus.The bed was comfy but on the first night we could hear water dripping. Someone came up from reception but said it sounded like it was coming down where the main pipes from an apartment somewhere above us. There was no water leaking in our apartment but she said she would go and check in the garages underneath. She was unable to move us that night to a different apartment as they was fully booked but the dripping stopped not long after and we didn't hear anything else.In the morning the breakfast was very good. Freshly squeezed oranges and coffee made to order. Good choice of food too. Staff here were very helpful and friendly.The city was a lovely place but has graffiti everywhere, Shame. I was amazed by some of the very old buildings just left to fall apart in between other buildings that looked very modern. We found a very nice bar in the square (last 1 going down towards the cathedral) where we had several meals and drinks. It was great sitting in the square watching everything going on. We even saw Romans marching through the square 1 night. The cathedral here is lovely but just outside it is a shop that has Witches in all the windows. Well worth a look.
