Review 1：There is no electrical kettle in the room I got through Booking. The hotel asked me to upgrade and pay more for the kettle. This is ridiculous that you only get hot drinking water by upgrading your room particularly in place with very cold weather during winter. The Booking should 'alert' customers during booking.
Review 2：That the saunas have limited opening hours. I would have liked to swim and take the sauna after 10 am after the breakfast but it was not possible. For this price over 100 euros a night it was a bit dissappointment as i was looking forward to it.

Review 11：Great location near city center and green park and also near lake. Clean, nice hotel with designed rooms. Great pool with view to the lake. Very tasty breakfast. Helpful stuff. Great for staying with pets.
Review 12：even though I wrote that I'll come with the dog, the hotel didn't advise me that it will cost 10 extra Euroes. That didn't mention it upon check-in, I found it out only in the check when I asked myself.
Review 13：My dog receive a treat - very sweet of them. The hotel has a swimming pool - didn't have time to use it, but it looked nice. Breakfast is good, lots of variety, big room, it was enough for almost full hotel. Rooms look new and modern.
Review 14：The hotel is right in front of the lake and a few minutes walking from the main square. Bikes are available for free just like sauna and swimming pool. The breakfast is good and the restaurant of the hotel serves good dishes at a right price.
