Review 1：Peniche (boat) would fail under any Health & Safety issues, inasmuch as no safety rails when entering or departing the boat, all decking was unfixed, bed was raised onto cupboards about 4ft 6ins off the ground. I would advise anyone with reduced mobility to avoid this accommodation. There were so many cobwebs inside, no-one had cleaned it at all. There was insufficient cutlery for one person let alone 2 or more, no plug in the kitchen sink. The toilet seat was not fixed. There were 2 bikes available to use, the tyres were flat so completely unusable. The satellite TV did not work, explanation was a recent storm had knocked out the set and someone would come the next day to fix it, they didn't come and I see from another review, they had the same problem, enough said !! I feel these people are exploiting customers, the photos on the website look good until you actually see the boat itself. Had it not been a special anniversary trip, we would not have stayed there the whole time. We paid 600 euros for this boat for 4 days and even though the weather was good, fishing was excellent and the local restaurants were great, I would never return to this boat to stay and I advise other people to avoid at all costs. This man has his boat in a visitors berth and is charging the earth for unsafe, uncomfortable and dangerous accommodation. I hope that Booking.com will look into this accommodation and check it out so that other customers will not be caught out like we were. Buyers beware !!!!!!!!!

Review 6：It Is a house boat. I liked the fact that you were on your own and it was close to little towns. The man was very friendly. This boat would be good for four people who really just want to relax.
Review 7：Not very clean. Smell from the toilet. The furniture (chairs and tables) on the roof terrace were falling apart, and the railing around the terrace was flimsy.
Review 8：Charming. Nice interior. Big TV and efficient stove. Air condition was nice. Nice view of the city walls, and just a 3 minute walk to the town center). With some touch up (thorough cleaning, updating of terrace furniture and railing etc.) this could become terrific.
