Review 1：The first room I was given was pretty terrible so I asked to switch and got a much better one, ask for one facing the city centre and on 4th or 5th floors as they are quieter and nicer.

He made it obvious that he did not trust me and watched me like a hawk while I was getting ready to leave on my bike. - Very disappointing. This is why I have been generous and given fair instead of excellent.

Review 26：Simple clean value for money rooms.Close to the city centre and to the impressive Roman walls of Lugo. A good base for touring this region. Private parking available which is very helpful as the on street parking was very limited. Very helpful staff.
Review 27：We were fortunate and found a parking space just above the hotel but others were having problems. Not the best place to park ad the hotel car park only takes a couple of cars.
Review 28：We were given a one bedroom apartment which although basic was clean comfortable and good value for money. Breakfast was in the cafe attached and adequate for the money. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Certainly recommend for a city break.

Review 33：Room was clean but basic; cheap furniture & fittings that were slowly falling apart (e.g. one curtain didn't open and the other only went up at 45deg) . Walls are paper thin so I was kept awake by noise of other guests coming, going & talking in rooms. Breakfast - a joke! - one orange juice, one coffee and a sweetish croissant with nothing to go with it (I bought my own jam ready for day 2).

Review 35：It's almost impossible to stop outside or anywhere near the hotel evenfor a few moments to unload. The one way system means that once you moveaway from that location it's very easy to get lost and very difficult tofind a place to stop or park. After a considerable time I managed tofind the way back to the hotel and fortunately someone moved out of aparking spot at just that moment. I was in a line of cars all lookingfor the one space! Advertising that parking is available is of no use ifyou can't stop to find out where it is!

Review 38：An average hotel a 5 minute walk from the old town. You get what you pay for - it is basic, but it served our needs, if you want luxury then don't stay here! Staff spoke very little english, but were very helpful. Secure parking in a garage under the hotel very reasonable compared to other places where we stayed in Northern spain. We stayed during the Arde Lvcvs fiesta which was brilliant.
