Review 2：Location, helpful staff who let us change rooms because of air conditioning problems and gave us free wine to compensate.
Review 3：No hot water, air-con with only one working setting ie noisy. Located on a hill that could induce cardiac arrest on the fittest person. Don't accept card payments. Room safe did not work. General feeling of waiting to be closed down. Could be a great hotel in the right hands.
