Reviews for Sentido Tucan

Review 1：1) Wifi on 3rd floor bad signal. 2) Coke at the bar in the day was in a tiny cup with ice and cost over 2 Euro's. This is terrible value for money. 3) White wine in the Dining hall is undrinkable. It is fine in the upstairs bar. The waiter said this was normal but did replace the wine with one from a bottle and this was the same as what they serve upstairs. We paid for this as was no all inclusive so expect basic quality. 4) No light on Balcony.

Review 2：Quite New Extra sunbeds Very clean

Review 3：We paid for a 4* Hotel and this was not 4* standards.Scratches/marks on doors and walls. Fridge broke three times &eventually we were told we need to keep cupboard door wide open at alltimes to keep it working. Renovation work still going on - so drilling& smell of paint each day. Decor was dated. Thin walls in room sovery noisy. Originally put in ground floor which barely fit a double bedin & was unbelievably noisy above kitchen. I could go on. We willnot be staying there again and will be writing for a partial refund. Wedid not get what we paid for.

Review 6：We found out while there that the staff had not been paid their wages for a couple of months and so they had a mini protest while we were there. It was sad to hear that the staff had not been paid as they appeared to work very hard and were very pleasant, which is all the more remarkable given their circumstances.

Review 8：My debit card did not work when i went to settle my bill, which was a hassle! The bedrooms lacked any wow factor - they were adequate.

Review 11：The location of this hotel is perfect for the beach, restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly, the reception staff especially. The rooms had been modernised and where very comfortable and spacious. We would use this hotel again.
