Review 2：This place is like a dream! It's by far the best place we have stayed during our trip in Andalucia, and perhaps the best we have ever stayed anywhere. Owners Caroline and Jean are excellent hosts, sweet and fun to talk to and very good cooks. The whole caseria is very tastefully decorated and very comfortable, the pool is wonderful, the views of the lake and surroundig hills are stunning. All in all an unforgettable experience!

This is a very well run rural house with great attention to detail, healthy fresh food and fantastic views. A home from home. Caroline and Jean are extremely welcoming and it was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed.

Review 7：We really enjoyed our stay at Caserio de San José. They did their very best to make us feel happy and comfortable. The atmosphere was very relaxed. It is a beautiful house with an amazing view on the lake. We enjoyed the company of Olive. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent. We hope to come back some day.

Review 10：Jean & Caroline are incredibly welcoming hosts, and really made our stay special. I recommend eating dinner at the Casa, as the setting and standard of the food is stunning. Nothing about staying here is forced, rushed or over the top: it is all geared towards a relaxing experience and effortless comfort. Unfortunately, we only stayed two nights, but will happily return as soon as possible!

Review 12：Was in the area to attend a wedding and stayed at this very good B&B overlooking the reservoir lake Iznajar. Great facility and room, very good breakfast, wifi, the area, atmosphere, it all works and most of all the couple running it are very pleasant and go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. I could only stay one night this time and really wished it would have been longer. It is a bit remote so if you are driving here do make sure beforehand you have the exact coordinates (convert on-line to decimal or Degree/Minute/Second format as needed) and check whether your navigation knows how to find it. In my case the built in sat nav in a brandnew A6 could not find it, but luckily managed to get there exactly without any problem using CoPilot on my phone as alternative (nice app because you can dowload and use maps to navigate off-line without roaming). The remoteness in this case though is a positive one of the great charms of this place.
