Review 1：For a mountain resort there was a distinct lack of apres ski. the ground floor of the hotel was completely wasted as all activity took place on the first floor and the basement. The doors slammed for several hours at night which disturbed us quite a bit. There was insufficient hanging space for wet ski wear - cupboard doors and chairs had to be used to get everything dry.

Review 3：Duplex rooms in 7th floor have no hot water during peak hours after ski day! This is a very serious problem. After the third day the hotel finally moved us to a new room in a lower floor (they were fully booked before), a junior suite. Surprisingly there was no offer to compensate the inconvenience of the first three days. Rooms are too hot and the hotel staff does not seem to have any way to control the temperature. Thermostat inoperative. Better to sleep with the window open and an extra blanket.

Review 22：It's a shame the public seating areas (e.g. bar, lounge) were all internal, with no views of the beautiful Pyrenean scenery.

Review 23：Very convenient location, just a short flat undercover walk from the hotel's ski lockers right by the gondola that takes you to the piste. Good choice at the breakfast and dinner buffets, especially the salads, fruits, grill, and wonderful profiteroles. Good value drinks in the bar. Double aspect family room was light and airy and comfortable.
