Review 1：The room was sold to us as a suite. It was a glorified studio with two put up beds in the living area. We specifically chose this place as my health is poor n thought the room would be ideal ! It was shocking , no lights that worked , unclean. Overall just terrible.

Review 3：Leak in first room on the first night, moved to alternative room then upgraded the next day but inconvenient, particularly as we were only there 5 nights. Resort is very tired and definitely not what you would expect for 5 stars!

Review 5：Nothing really. Everything was exactly as we hoped it would be. Ate too much, slept too much, and relaxed too much! Went out every day for a drive to visit some lovely place or another. Really like Pula's location. 45 minutes drive from Palma - perfect.

Review 6：The location was excellent, perfect for local beaches and restaurants, but a car does give you the greater freedom to explore this part of the island. The staff at Pula Suites are always friendly and ready to help with whatever you need. Second time there, this time with two girls aged 10 and 8, and we all had a really relaxing time. Will definitely be returning.

Review 7：The outdoor pool is very dirty. Needs cleaning asap. The service at thepoolside bar was poor, waiting 15 minutes before anyone took our order.

Review 10：Friendly staff, but concerned that grilled chicken not cooked thoroughlyand there was not the level of concern that I would expect. Difficultywith understanding that my wife is a coelac but she was provided withvery good gluten free bread rolls. Buildings architecturally pleasingand well designed; feeling of both quality and space.All in all, very good experience.
