Review 2：Location very central in attractive Old Town. Helpful friendly girl on reception & nice, efficient staff in restaurant. Very clean and comfortable room, immaculate modern bathroom. Half-board was incredible value for money.

Review 7：I did appreciate that both the room and mainly the bathroom were extremely clean. Bathroom Towels were exchanged when requested and each two days the bed the bed clothes. The staff was amazing, just like a family. When I come back I will stay here again here again with no doubt.

Review 8：We actually live here in Menorca, we were just on an overnight stay in Ciutadella. We only normally stay in 4 star plus hotels, we have never stayed in a Hostel before and I must say we were very surprised. This was as it is written on the tin, not 4 or 5 star but exceptional for a Hostel it was really clean and chirpy, breakfast for 3,90€ basic but sufficient. In a good location for exploring the whole city on foot, great value for money.

Review 9：There was a plastic mattress cover which was uncomfortable and I needed to remove it to sleep. The floor had not been swept, in the second room I used - there was quite a lot of hair on the floor. The listing states that English is spoken but only one or two staff members spoke a little.

Review 10：The staff were helpful and arranged a cheap hire car. Generally it is a good, clean, friendly, central place, in walking distance to everything.

Review 13：The woman at check in had no english so there was a language barrier, but surely there are not so many english speakers staying there. Quite the authentic spanish get away place.

Review 18：The hostel was well booked, so they offered us an upgrade to an apartment, which was a bit outside the center, but with much more space and comfort. We really liked it.

Review 19：Although they say they have a transportation service to the airport this is just a lie. We called the hotel two times and they just gave us a website. The room was very small with almost no room for our luggage. The bathroom and the bed had some hairs from the previous guests. We were there 5 days and they did not clean the bathroom even once!!!

Review 20：The location is quite good in the center of ciutadella. The stuff is very friendly and useful. The breakfast was ok.

Review 21：We arrived at nearly 4.00 p.m. and our room wasn't ready. We were offered alternatives, but still a wait was involved. We were put in an annexe a few hundred metres away. The room was shabby, but clean. The fixing for the shower was broken so the showerhead had to be hand-held. There was no air-conditioning, other than a whirring ceiling fan, and the street was noisy so opening the window was a problem. Thank goodness we were really tired, so managed to fall asleep. I think we should have been offered a discount because of the inconvenience. Just something for the tourist officials - the new port is very badly designed involving a long walk from the ship to the main building. The lift was out of order and some people had pushchairs and heavy cases to haul up the stairs. There was no-one around to give information, and no transport to the centre other than a couple of taxis and a bus that seemed to run every few hours.

Review 22：The staff were friendly (if unhurried) and helpful. The accommodation was central. The breakfast offered lots of choice. Menorca itself is lovely.

Review 23：For a beach holiday a more central hotel is advised as it is relatively far from the good beaches. Beds were quite hard. Not enough light in the room.small room. Hard to find parking close.

Review 25：No vegetables for breakfast - there were cheese, ham, salami, etc. but no tomato or cucumber to make a real sandwich. A lot of flies in the dining room - food should be cover somehow (especially fruit!).

Review 54：Spacious rooms (we took the Joan suite with two bedrooms), lovely big and clean bathroom, great value breakfast - simple buffet for €3.5, friendly and helpful staff who took time to help me with my daily bus questions (in Spanish, I'm not sure if English is spoken), GREAT location in the old city close to lovely shops and squares and places to eat and drink, I booked well in advance and secured a really great price. PS: I see another reviewer said there was no luggage room or elevator. There was when I was there last week in July 2013

Buses to other locations about 5 minutes away. Newlift. Value for money accommodation. Added on buffet breakfast when wearrived - 3,50€ pp.

Review 59：At breakfast there was only one cereal bowl and when asked for another was told they didn't have any! That was the only down side to our stay.

Review 60：Excellent Hostal in the centre of Cuitadella. Exceptionally clean. Lots of hot water. Comfortable beds and very pleasant staff. Brilliant location with a good restaurant and bar available. Also other restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Couldn't fault it.
