Review 18:Everything
Review 19:The evening meal, main course was served, without a pause, after the starter. 2 of them were of poor quality. We ate out one evening because of that. Everything else about the food was excellent.
Review 20:Most things.
Review 21:rooms were small but ok but the central heating was on all the time and couldn't be regulated so the room was like a sauna! however i would recommend this hotel to friends it was great.
Review 22:location is perfect,so easy for skiing. pool was great for the kids, the bar was lively and had a good atmosphere. the staff were very nice and couldn't do enough for you. the cafe served great reasonable priced food at lunchtimes, it was worth coming down the mountain for.
Review 23:Jacuzzi bit small for the amount of rooms in the hotel but thats the only fault
Review 24:friendly staff ,lovely bar and good pool area facilities Great locality opposite the ski station .we were allowed to park just outside the friont door of the hotel as there was a space free :)
Review 25:The cot the hotel provided was ancient and in a very poor state ofrepair. In fact, we had to have the first one swapped as the basecollapsed completely when I put our baby down to nap. I only justmanaged to grab her before she slid out the bottom! The replacement wasonly marginally better. The hotel desperately needs to replace all theircots. In my opinion they are dangerous!
Review 26:Lovely swimming pool. Very friendly staff who were particularlywelcoming to our nine month old daughter.
Review 27:Their was not choice of starter on the dinner menu which was always soup. Having said that they were quite happy for me to raid the salad from the kiddies buffet. The free WiFi really struggled in the evenings.
Review 28:The location right next to the lifts. The food was good with interesting menu choices and a buffet for kids.
Review 29:Dinner Friday to Sunday was Menu. Standard of food and choice was not acceptable. Probably would not stay half board again. Disappointed that when my wife was ill it was not possible for me, dining alone, to transfer from the somewhat institutional dining room to the cafeteria.
Review 30:Dinner Monday to Thursday was Buffet based and very good.
Review 31:We had booked a double-bedded room but the room they had kept for us wasa twin-bedded room. They did offer a double-bedded room after one nightbut to change would have been too much hassle. My wife came down withgastro-enteritis as a result of eating bad food and we had to leave forhome a day early and she lost three days skiing and the cost of the liftpass. Judging by the sounds of vomiting from the next room we were notalone. I suspect that some of that tapas had been left out too long.
Review 32:The hotel is very well situated at the foot of the telecabina (gondola)between Baquiera 1500 and Baquiera 1800. We stayed at the Hotel Montartolast year and found it rather past its sell-by date - in contrast theHotel Tuc Blanc has a younger and more lively feel and there is a well-patronised and jolly tapas bar. Baquiera has a good mix of green, blueand red pistes but a limited number of black runs. It is easilyaccessible from the French autoroute network and Toulouse airport and Iam surprised that it is not better patronised by the British. Baquierahas reliable snow and is used by the Spanish royal family; it's aninexpensive alternative to the crowded slopes of Megève.
Review 33:Only one bathroom for 4 people. Frustrating additional charge for use ofsteam room and sauna, but not for pool and jacuzzi. Overnight carparking not cheap
Review 34:Superb location by main gondola, and with in-house ski hire shop. Greatfamily room with separate split-level bedroom areas. Good spa. Good foodin both restaurants. Excellent staff.
Review 35:Service - professional yet friendly. Comfortable room with good views. Excellent food, particularly the sumptuous breakfast. Choice of Restaurant or bar-cafe. Good ski storage and access to ski lift. We have stayed in this resort many times (2x at Tuc) and love it.
Review 36:Dinner far too late. I understand dinners are always after 8 pm inSpain, but since they are children/family friendly, the restaurantshould open at 7-7:30 pm, instead of 8 pm.
Review 37:Close to slopes. Nice to children.
Review 38:It´s better to have only breakfast in the hotel. At night no greatcuisine. The architecture of the village is awfully, but that hasnothing to do with the hotel.
Review 39:Great place to be. Ligging is perfect tegenover twee skiliften. Free parking not far from the hotel.
Review 40:Food in set meals offered Fri, Sat, Sun not very good although buffet offered on other nights was excellent. Log fire in lounge was pathetically small.
Review 41:Very uncomfortable bed
Review 42:Great location. Busy hotel
Review 43:Noisy room Difficult to get teperature right in room Too much chlorine in pool
Review 44:Excellent food Great location
Review 45:Close to pistes
Review 46:The temperature inside the rooms was too high and not controlable. That was the only negative thing I have to say about the hotel.
