Review 1：The building is about 20 ft above the street and the apartment is on the third floor, making it a considerable climb. The kitchen is very poorly equipped. The price tends to be on the high side and parking is not included.
Review 2：The apartment is located close to the centre of the old town, and within easy walking distance to the new section. The facilities are adequate and reasonably clean. The manager speaks very little English but tries hard to communicate.
Review 3：The only down side was that we had a front apartment and we like to sleep with the windows open, the road is quite noisy. Small nuisance only!

Review 6：great location, very pretty building! lola who came to let us in was amazing. she took time and showed us everything about the apt and town. where to eat, what to see, and what are around the town. town walking was fun, and there was a lovely hiking trail near by, and a beautiful river. we felt that we found a hidden treasure in spain, we are going back to enjoy this little heaven again!

For exploring the old town of Cuenca, or Cuenca Nueva or the countryside trails, the location was perfect. Lola made us feel completely welcome from our arrival and was extremely helpful during our 3-night stay - which was excellent.
