Review 1：Very poor by comparison with other accomadation at similar or less price

Review 3：Corridors to the room were cluttered with junk and broken equipment / furniture. This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in when on holiday. No drawer space and only a small single wardrobe. Missing light fittings with dangling wires. Bathroom shelf and toilet roll holder coming off walls. Window shutter not working properly. Inadequate heating from air conditioner. Room was left open after clean (there was no room or reception safe. Room was not ready - no toilet rolls or glasses provided. No wonder the reception asked us to pay in advance of seeing the room.

Review 4：The location. The room was small and services almost non-existent, but we expected that for the price paid.

Review 5：Weird setup gaining access to hotel. Front door was locked and nobody answered when we rang the doorbell. After 4-5 attempts, we saw a number on the door and telephoned. We were given a key code to gain access and told to wait 5 mins. A guy arrived and showed us to our rooms. These instructions for access should be given with the booking. Anyone who doesn't understand Spanish would be lost. Rooms and bed very small and cramped but spotlessly clean.

Review 6：Within easy walking distance from the main tourist attractions of Cuenca town and great restaurants, bars, etc. Extremely clean. Friendly staff ensured we knew how to get around and offered help if we rang at any time. Great water pressure in shower. Basic but good.
