Review 1：Late check in, i had to travel over three kilometers to the Arena Center To collect keys to my apartment which necessitated two taxi journeys late at night .This was not mentioned on apartment booking page.

Review 3：Staff didn't speak a word of English so it was very difficult to communicate at all. Breakfast was very little and not much choice at all (juice/coffee/milk with half a toasted baguette).

Air conditioning not working .... No staff around to deal with any problem you may have .. No staff to offer any service .. Awful hotel needs closing down ... My advice is to take off booking . Com !

Review 18：Check in finished before the time they had announced on booking, and we had to go and get the keyes from another hotel more far away. No wi-fi for free.

Review 20：The kitchen didn't have a microwave a rack for the oven nor a method to light the gas range top so we couldn't even boil water to make instant coffee.

Review 29：very good welcome by the owner & also the staff,cleaners & so helpful, patient. we are hoping to return later this year on a short weekend retreat, so clean, their restaurant was great, the pool area/bar fabulous, our dog was accepted without a doubt, so all was a good package short break!
