Review 1：the pillow is too soft & empty (airy), difficult to sleep. the ventilation in the bathroom could have been stronger as it's in the bedroom. Bathroom without window so need to ventilate more. we got room facing directly to cable car building which obstructed the whole view of the mountain. the cable is quite noisy but fortunately it operates within reasonable time (9am-8pm).
