Review 1：Staff are very helpful. Hotel is clean and comfortable. It's situated in a good location for visiting the middle, east, and north part of Gran Canaria.

Review 4：- you should call them before arrivng (we stood in fron of a locked door and no one answering phone nor bell) - when you want to rent a bike, it is ABSOLUTELY Necessary to contact the hotel before you arrive! (Partner biking rental is located in Sta. Brigida) - Pool is ice cold
