Review 1：Smoke sauna was closed, which was main reason for staying there.

Review 7：The hotel is very old, spa facilities are old fashion. During the day time a lot of people with children. During the night time on a disco and karaoke you will meet only retired persons and people older than 50. Sо, if you are young, I would not recommend you to go there.

Review 9：Smokers are not very comfortable - could be provided at the corner forthose who have not given up the habit :-) smoke only on the street - nota very comfortable and cool. And the kind of hotel smokers and cigarettebutts at the main entrance is not decorated.
Review 10：A good hotel for families. It's a pity that stayed there a couple ofdays - be sure to arrive a week or two. Beautiful place, nature, closeto the city. Courteous staff and comfortable room. The food isdelicious. And the spa complex just wonderful!
Review 11：Our room was never cleaned although we asked about this several times.We stayed for long weekend (4 days), but housekeeping staff didn't doanything. The children room's equipment is really poor, - finnish books,balls, some toys and lego details - our son (5 years) wasn't impressed.

Review 13：The hotel was ok considering the price but the food was horrible. Iended up not paying for the Créme brûlée, it had about three teaspoonsof lumped sugar on top of it. The peppersteak was the most expensive onthe menu and the potatoes where cold and the steak ordered as medium wasdefinetly on the raw side. Service in the restaurant was poor butelsewhere it was friendly. The room was clean and ok, but no wifi.Itcould be ok for a family with under teenage children who want a cheapspa hotel. I won't going there again, but that is becouse of the food,not the hotel itself.
