Review 1：Always the same muzak-music in the common areas. After 4 days it started to get on my nerves. Staff was almost never there (I even played the receptionist at several occasions).

Review 4：What a lovely little hotel - loved the decor, Madeleine the owner is amazing - so helpful and friendly. Staff were very friendly. Valldemossa is a gorgeous ancient town close to the coast. My husband stayed at this hotel 2 months ago for one night - he left a linen shirt behind he did not notice was missing - shirt was laundered and waiting in our wardrobe when we arrived - what amazing service is that!

Valldemossa is a very special place to visit & it was great to stay here for two nights & be able to roam the streets in the evenings & early mornings before the tourist buses arrive.

Review 17：I liked this hotel so much that I almost don't want to write this review, because it will soon become impossible to book a room on a short notice. This is a small hotel but so pretty, that I didn't want to leave! First, the location is perfect. Our room had an incredible view over the village. It is close to the main village landmarks and with plenty of restaurants around. Second, the hotel is very clean and very cozy. We were impressed by the hotel's design and how the owner managed to preserve the atmosphere of old while having renovated the hotel. The place is beautifully decorated. It also has a very nice breakfast selection, with high quality products - I mean very VERY good cheese, prosciutto, and traditional pastries. Malen was a very nice and helpful host, and she also showed us how to eat the traditional Mallorcan breakfast. We were on our honeymoon, and Malen was very kind to give us what I think was the best room in the hotel. It was a large room on the first floor with this incredible view over the village. I highly recommend this hotel! I would definitely book it again.
Review 18：The only issue some guests might have is that the hotel is on one of the main pedestrian streets through town and in the late afternoon/early evening it can be noisy with visitors passing by. But this all adds to the atmosphere, and you can always close the shutters.
Review 19：For travellers who like small informal hotels with the feel of being a house guest, this is perfect. The house is beautifully renovated, it is comfortable, spotlessly clean & warm, and Malen makes guests feel very welcome. It is convenient, being in the middle of town, with good restaurants nearby, and the views from the rooms are spectacular. We particularly liked the little terrace seating area at the entrance and the bar service for nightcaps. It is easy to use local buses to other places in the area. We had a very enjoyable short break here and hope to return.

Review 22：One of the most lovely hotels we've ever been to, situated in the heart of charming Valldemossa. From our room we had a beautiful view over the mountains. Malen, the manager was very kind and helpful, made you feel like at home. Mallorcan breakfast was just delicous.
