Reviews for Terrazas A La Plaza

Review 1:Nothing

Review 2:Second time we have stayed here on the way to Santander. Hotel is small but beautifully appointed. Owner/manager is very pleasant. We had room with terrace and views which stretch for miles.

Review 3:Didn't manage to get the WiFi to work (although I didn't try very hard) No hairdryer in the room (and chose not to take my own for the first time in ages)

Review 4:Wonderful location overlooking the village square and bullring Quiet Room very comfortable Nice, simple breakfast Miguel was friendly and helpful

Review 5:This is a really unique little hotel, overlooking the Plaza Mayor, the view from the terrace is fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and the room nicely furnished with air con. The owner was charming and supplied us with a good breakfast. Chinchon itself - delightful!

Review 6:The Hotel terrace is very exposed during the day and there is no sunshade available. The terrace furniture is a bit distressed. It is a steep climb to the Hotel especially from the direction of the Plaza Major and a strain with cases. No parking although you can leave the car in the surrounding area. The TV is Spanish only although this did not bother us.

Review 7:This is one of the most unique locations we have ever visited. We love it and will go back. Maybe not to this Hotel. The bars and the food are typically Spanish. The view from the Hotel terrace is terrific and the Hotel is very close to the Plaza Major.

Review 8:Beautiful building in stunning location. Very comfortable, would definitely go again!

Review 9:glorious views of the city and good location

Review 10:The location and view of the town from the rooms with a terrace

Review 11:Be aware that bullfighting does still happen in the Plaza Mayor. If it is something you would rather avoid do your homework and check your dates.

Review 12:Beautiful old building with nice, helpful owner. He didn't speak any English so fetched his daughter-in-law to come and talk to us. Spotlessly clean room, extremely comfy large bed (a first in Spain) and very efficient air con. Fabulous terrace.

Review 13:Lovely hotel a few yards from the main square. Attractive room, thehighlight being the wonderful terrace with fab views. Staff friendly andhelpful. Highly recommended.

Review 14:Difficult to find in a car as streets are very narrow. The satnav couldn't help either!!

Review 15:Chinchon is a beautiful small town not far from Madrid. This small hotel was on high groud and had a beautiful large terrace overlooking the town. Great views.

Review 16:Everything about our stay at Terrazas a La Plaza was fantastic. Theowner was very friendly, the room was lovely and the place had anexcellent location and was easy to find. The views over Chinchón and thePlaza Mayor were probably the best in town! I would definitely recommendstaying here.

Review 17:Your eyes have been wasting their time up until you see the view from this terrace. You have to basically share it with the other two rooms, but it is a ridiculously good view. And only a couple minutes walk to the main market square. Lovely stuff.

Review 18:for lazy walkers its on the very steep hill,..

Review 19:Wonderfull terrace w. splendit views and very nice householder, all this make this place unforgrttible..
