Reviews for Hotel Eira

Review 1：Dark - ground floor apt so shutters closed, living room looks onto a courtyard and ski shop. Noisey - you hear everything from the apt upstairs - bathroom, walking, talking. Mezzanine floor is useless and ladder is dangerous - I ended up in an ambulance to emergency when my daughter fell off the ladder. Terrible service - I didn't receive a response from my booking.com questions. It took 3 trips to reception to equip the apt with everything we needed and restock missing items - hairdryer, bedding, towels, crockery. I was told a plumber wasn't possible to mend the broken dishwasher as 'this isn't Madrid or Barcelona' so I hand washed dishes for a family of 5 for 5 days. NOT 4 star.

Review 3：Manager was not so friendly! She may of been having a bad four days:-( I don't think the cook had any experience at all, the first two days the sliced cheese had mould spots and the milk was sour. The pancakes and poached eggs we swilmming in oil, My omelette was the worset one ever! However the last day the breakfast was great. maybe the real cook was back from skiing or it was because the owner was around.

Review 8：The hotel offers nice breakfast, but dinner is scheduled after 20:30 and it is a closed menu. Absolutely no possibility to order a la cart or have dinner at any other time. The rooms are nice but are not dusted properly.

Review 9：The Staff were very nice and tried to make our stay comfortable, the location is excellent, the views from the suite are great. Our skiing instructor was very good.
