Review 1:Not to be able to have a coffee, and the address to the hotel made it impossible to find.. we had to phone for instructions.
Review 2:Paolo,was kind and helpful. He made sure we were well settled and happy.
Review 3:The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The location was great, although we did have our own transport as it is a little outside of Cuenca, however, this is an ideal place for total rest and relaxation. We stayed for just one night on opur road trip. Swimming pool is fab!
Review 4:No wi fi in bungallows
Review 5:The guys (stuff) are totally great, very warm people, allways willing to help. The complex is just like a heaven... with all the trees, birds singing and a pool in the middle. We enjoyed sport complex a lot. Arco Iris is for sure a great choice for families with children from 3-12 year old...
Review 6:It is difficult to find this place in the dark, there are no really good signposts. Put the GPS coordinates into your navigation system, don't rely on the roadname.
Review 7:The fireplace with free firewood was very cosy. The staff were very friendly and it was a very peaceful stay. The house was very warm and comfortable,. It is in the countryside, but it is only a short drive to Cuenca where there is free parking (ask the staff for directions where to park).
Review 8:Awful beds, springs poking too much. Gave me the final push to a bad backache and made us not rested in the morning.
Review 9:Beautiful area/park in which the accommodation is Nice pool and sunbathing lawn
Review 10:Accommodation itself is not spectacular.

Review 19:Too far out of Cuenca and no bus in and around 15 euro each way in a taxi

Review 21:The whole facilities.
Review 22:The staff is wonderfull, they would do just about anything to accomodate their guests.
Review 23:The surounding and the pool . The kids love it and the same for the parents
Review 24:the helpful and friendly staff
Review 25:Fingerprints to have access to the accommodation, is slightly over the top. Safety for the guests is one thing, giving fingerprints to a private hotel owner is another...
Review 26:Friendly staff, nice accommodation and in summer a lovely place to stay.
Review 27:The swimming pool was empty but being filled at the time of our stay. The plumbing was smelly probably from non-use during the winter. Our credit card was charged before we had checked-out
Review 28:The location was very good for Cuenca. Very pleasant helpful staff. Secure parking for motorcycle. Easy to find.
Review 29:Breakfast mediocre to poor. Basic furnishing. Smelly bathroom, small and stuffy; TV poor signal; Wifi only in shared areas or if your room is close to those areas. Noise from other rooms occassionally.
Review 30:Staff very friendly. Nice sorroundings if you like being in nature. About 10 mins car drive from Cuenca. Location might be better for summer (pool in facilities etc,,) Excellent value for money (clearly cheap)
Review 31:-Bathroom awesome -pool quite big -bed very comfortable. We´ve read that some people had Problems to find the hotel with their GPS, we used the geographic coordinates and had no Problem at all. A flawless experience.
Review 32:We only stayed one night but it would have been inconvenient to try to cook there with only a microwave. There is room for a small hob on the work surface.
Review 33:The small apartment was quiet and comfortable. The manager was very helpful and friendly. It was easy to find and easy to get into Cuenca with the car.
Review 34:hard to locate. all facilities ie bar shut. furniture old and scruffy. expensive as needed to pay €84 more for having to use a chalet as we had a dog although we were the only residents on site for 3 nights.
Review 35:location and quiet
Review 36:We had trouble finding it, no proper address or postcode. Code given wasfor the village, and they are a few kms out of the village.could givebetter directions. The self catering aspect was quite basic, althoughthere is a fridge and microwave, no other method of heatingfood/drinks.is possible. Ie cant do toast so if cant be micro'dor eaten cold forget it. Minor gripe about bathroom, no shelf orsuitable ledge to place washbag, or cosmetics, but this isnt thatunusual these days. The things I did like, outweigh the things I didnt!
Review 37:Friendly staff, nice rooms, lovely pool, clean, quiet location, Liked alot about this place.
Review 38:No good local places to eat in evening (not that we found at least) That meant driving back 6 miles to Cuenca and trying to find somewhere to park, again!
Review 39:biggest swimming pool i have seen in a small hotel. Very friendly family run hotel.
Review 40:The beds were a little hard. The bed for 2 people was 2 twins pushed together; which was a bit uncomfortable. the location was convenient but a little tricky to find.
