Review 1：Rooms. Way too expensive for the quality you get. Urgent renovation needed. And on top of that dirty with stains on furnitures etc. Very disappointing.

Review 4：Hotel advertises with free public parking, but capacity is very limited. Staff suggests you should just pay eightteen euros per night for a parking garage. Rooms are quite expensive for such a basic hotel.

Review 25：The hotel was centrally located, easy walk to the lake, the market centre, the few museums in Kuopio and the main church. The restaurants were good quality with excellent staff. Very well designed rooms with plenty of cupboard space.
Review 26：It looks more like a hospital than a hotel. Breakfast room is chaotic and the restaurant is very expensive. There are not facilities to make tea at the room.

Review 29：It was a bit busy at the reception, but the staff was enormously welcoming. They explained all necessary matters and immediately offered sauna services. Sauna was okay and spacious. Pity that you needed to take towels from your own room, but Finish people seem to bring their own stuff. Breakfast in their restaurant opposite the street. But also to be reached through a street tunnel that is nicely decorated. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices and everything Finnish. So no American pancakes, British sausages or Asian dishes. We liked all of it.
