Review 1：A bit too high temperature in the room, that I couldn't down-regulate from the commands in the room. Didn't ask staff for help though.

Review 2：Walking distance to the city center even with small kids. Nice, friendly staff at reception. Parking on the spot. Good breakfast. Suite big enough for the family, so kids had some fun discovering all the corners...

Review 3：Were given a smoker's room despite booking a no-smoker room. The residual smell was noticable, but not very much.

I dont like to be treated this way... when we confronted her, the explanation was a joke, and if we dont keep pushing she would not give back the parking fee. Although, other college was nice, wanted to give back the fee even without asking, when we asked her the night before leaving. Misleading the clients i dont consider to be a good policy for the hotel.
