Review 1：We had accomodation and breakfast, breakfast was ok, I would say its more like a 3* hotel breakfast and there was not enough staff working at the restaurant nor the animation team, although they do an excellent job.

Review 8：at reception nobody spoke english. we had a problem with the minibar and it took them nearly 30 hours to put it right, by which time some food we had brought had gone off

Review 9：This was definitely not a 4 star hotel. The bedroom smelled damp, the bathroom very tired, balcony tiny. Our fridge was warmer on the inside than our room. The photos and marketing led us to believe it was on the beach. Beach and club beach bar 10 minutes away. The buffet food was very average and felt I was sitting in a school canteen.

Review 10：the room i stayed in had some of the paint peeling from the walls. there was no wifi for the whole of the first day of my stay due to a technical problem and the staff came across as being exasperated each time I asked when it would be fixed.
