Review 1：Oh dear, where to start. Free WiFi? Not available in the suite we booked. English spoken? Not by anyone we met. The description of the hotel is a Spa hotel. We found that use of any of the spa facilities, (which was why we booked to stay there), including the pools, cost an extra 60euros for one and half hours. This was not explained anywhere when booking and was not acceptable to us. Breakfast was not served until 10.00 and consisted of toast and fruit. Parking is courtesy of the Parador hotel opposite! Hotel staff not interested in our complaints. Overall, a very poor experience and booking here is not recommended.

Review 3：It is a wonderful place to spend a few days. Very good service, a family run hotel, very generous and accommodating. The spa was exhilarating and the breakfast was fantastic. Chinchon is a great place to visit and the hotel the perfect place to stay.
