Review 1：1st person on reception was friendly & helpful. Morning breakfast staff very grumpy, Breakfast barely basic.
Review 2：Parking was useful but was charged when value deal said it was included in price.

Review 17：Don't know how the hotel got to be 3 stars, more like 2 star. Room and bathroom very basic. No fridge in room, no safe, window opened onto a dark interior courtyard. Walls were really thin - we could hear every detail of our neighbours using the bathroom, including as my husband put it - the shake at the end - which was more information than I ever, ever wanted to know. And what is known can never be unknown..
Review 18：The receptionists were very and gave us directions to the hanging houses and a good restaurant to eat. The secure underground parking was the reason we booked here.
