Review 1：Would have liked a kettle in the apartment. The heating did not work. Also the bathroom had a horrible smell , could have been the drains.
Review 2：The Location. The size of the Apartment was good and the Terrace was very large. Also parking was not a problem.

Review 6：Found the beds very hard so didn't sleep very well. Would have liked a greater selection of food and hotter. The dinner plates were too big to put in the microwave in order to warm the food.

Review 8：Dinner time food never warm no matter what time you eat but better if you have lunch switch. The girl on the bar struggled to understand or try to understand English even when I ordered using the Spanish words! She was good at saying one moment then serving every man with a big smile whilst deliberately ignoring me. The tip I then withheld did not seem enough punishment.

Review 13：2nd visit in 3 years, and will be returning next year. location is perfect for a stroll to the beach or visiting one of the many tapas bars, friendly and helpful staff. we booked an apartment with breakfast, enabling us to buy what we wanted for lunch and enjoy it on the terrace and in the evening to visit the local tapas bars and local entertainment - perfect for us. the animation team were fantastic.

Review 18：The water temperature in the big pool and the sea was a chilly 17 -18C approx. Once the crowds arrived at the weekend the place felt overcrowded and noisy.
Review 19：We stayed at the cusp of the tourist season and there were very few people during the week. We had both pools to ourselves virtually and our granddaughters had the time of their lives. We could always find something tasty at the dinner buffets with regional meals on offer as well as international.

Review 21：The rooms were dusty and the mirrors only cleaned to shoulder high. The rooms too narrow the space between the bottom of the bed and the furniture was less than a foot, in fact the drawers were screwed so you couldn't open them and it was impossible to get the fidge door fully open. The food was average with sometimes limited choices if you are not a fish eater. The cooked breakfasts were greasy and the wait for eggs to be cooked was annoying Plates were not warm or hot and the plates were wet which suggested they had not been washed and dried at high temperature

Review 23：nothing terrible about the place. the bar prices were very reasonable and it was possible to buy cooked snacks. The only quibble about the lounge area is that it is very basic pretty much like a cafe. not unreasonably, any entertainment was geared for the Spanish -including Bingo!. the main shopping centre is a long ride (€1.30) and the bus stop is 10 minutes walk. we came back by cab for a little over €8 - a much shorter journey.

Review 28：Although we didn't think this property was quite a 4* we had a good stay. The apartment was spacious and clean although rather stark. The wifi was good although we had to keep logging in, the breakfast was great with plenty of choice and the parking was cheap and secure. The pool looked lovely and clean, however the 2 days we stayed it rained so we didn't get to use it!! For what we paid for 2 nights B&B it was Fantastic Value.
Review 29：There are glass bricks in the bathroom adjoining the corridor, so lack of privacy. We were not told on arrival that we needed second card to activate electricity. More info needed on TV channels available. We were not given info about availability of lunch on arrival. No smiles from the bar manager. Restaurant staff quite curt if you did something wrong! Choice of food not very appetising.

The breakfast and dinner buffet was varied and plentiful. The staff were very helpful despite being busy. The hotel is close to shops and bars and a block from the beach.

Review 53：Having to check in before being allowed access to the car park as there is nowhere to park outside due to the number of cars. Water in the room tasted like it came direct from the pool. No kettle in the self-catering apartment. No oven in the self-catering apartment. No warning that hotel festivities carried on until early morning. Music playing loudly until after 12am. Children unable to sleep in second bedroom as lack of soundproofing meant the music was 80db inside and had to sleep in the living room where it was 70db. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable Plastic chairs on the balcony broke when sat on (I'm 90kg, so heavy, but not overly heavy) Would have expected more from a £250/night hotel.

Review 55：The wifi in the room was rubbish and my son didn't want to stay in kid's club (nothing to do with the kids club staff or activities, grumpy child). Minor quibbles really.
Review 56：Loved the hotel, the facilities, the entertainment and daily program of events. There were different shows you could join in with, such as the parrot show or bird of prey display as well as aqua-aerobics, yoga and archery. The hotel also run a kids club from 10:30am to 6pm if you wish!

Review 98：Our only complaint about our stay at The Neptuno was the WiFi. It was unacceptably slow and sometimes non-existent!
Review 99：Bright clean hotel. Room with 2 double beds adjacent to each other, lots of storage space, mirrors and plug sockets.. Excellent pool area with lots of sunbeds and parasols. Friendly staff. Food very good-varied and plentiful. Surrounding area was all level and ideal for anyone with mobility problems. We had a lovely holiday.
Review 100：I did not enjoy the salty water from the taps. I think this water was also used for preparing coffee and other beverages served in the breakfast. I had to buy drinking water in a nearby supermarket. The internet limit of 150 MB/day for 1 room/apartment was not sufficient.
Review 101：The hotel is in good location, close to the beach and many restaurants. It was easy to park my car nearby. The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped with a nice outlook and large beds. The breakfast was very nice and there were some minor changes in dishes served each morning.

Review 105：This hotel has extremely poor soundproofing. You can hear your next door neighbour almost word by word. Dinners offered in the evening were nothing special and the lady cook was deliberately slow in preparing fish or meats and forced frustrated diners to go for the earlier prepared meat and fish casseroles. Lots of flies at the poolside, almost impossible to stay there at all.

Review 116：The bedroom was too small, as was the balcony.You could not open the fridge door properly, because the bottom of the bed was so close to it. We would expect a 4star hotel to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. The beds were very hard, probably O.K. for younger people, but I have arthiritis in my hip and I got little sleep. Our room was right above the hotels and the streets rubbish bins, 8 in all. Which made for a lot of flies about and plenty of noise when they were emptied in the early morning.

Review 122：This is just a minor issue, but we are used to spotlessly clean rooms in Spanish hotels. This was not the case here. We found som dust and sand left in the corners, greasy fingerprints on windows and walls, dusty shelves in the closet etc. Just some small detail that could be improved.

We had an apartment(there are also ordinary hotel rooms), which was spacious and comfortabe ,there was a wonderful pool with plenty of sunbeds, and the whole atmosphere was relaxed and quiet. Good location, close to the beach, restaurants and bars. The steak house "Meson Don Jamon" right nearby was excellent. Breakfast was good enough, we didn`t have any other meals at the hotel.
Review 124：on arrival the room had not been cleaned very well and had a bad smell after we complained 2 ladies arrived within 45mins and gave the room a good clean we were very happy with that however the daily cleaning lady was not so good she never cleaned the bath/shower area she also took away the bath matt on 2 days and did not leave a clean one and last of all she left us short of loo rolls so I had too go and find her and ask for 2 rolls off her trolley. apart from that she was fine.

Review 126：Free wi-fi available with no limit only in lobby. In rooms limited to 8MB (transfer - not speed) per stay, despite description on Booking.com. However when I wanted to contact Booking.com, they offered me a weekly, no limit access for free.

Hotel very clean, apartment very well equipped. Close to the beach and supermarket. Sun beds at swimming pool always available, no matter when you come. The minor issue with internet access (see cons) does not change the overall, very good impression.

Review 132：Aimed at an older audience, mainly middle aged people there the night we stayed. The town hasn't got much happening, seemed like it used to be a big tourist spot, but no longer is. Quite a few places were derelict or up for sale.
