Review 1：Nothing!

Review 2：The view from my room is perfect! Room service is wonderful. Breakfast was good enough for this timing of the year(it's not a season of crowd).. Mr. Osama the FB manager is a real gentleman.

Review 3：there wasn't enough variety of food at breakfast , may be 5 types that were not tasty , i had to eat beans and eggs for the whole 7 days as i couldn't find anything else to eat .

Review 5：Accidentally left 3 garments in cupboard during checkout. When tried retrieving it back the next day, I was told the room was empty. It was clearly not. Housekeeping tried coming into the room without knocking even with "no disturb" sign at door. Apart from reception, other staff speak almost non existent English. Try to convey there's no room service menu in room, took them 10 minutes and 3 staff to understand what I'd wanted. Finally they said "sorry no menu, we only have 2 dishes". Room service food was awful. Wifi doesn't work after midnight. No business centre. The pillow and bed sheet smell when I checked in like they hadn't been changed(I hope I'm wrong!). Furniture are so dated. What a poorly run hotel. I gave it 3stars for service, facilities at most. Truly disappointing.

Review 6：Spacious room. Nice view of Nile. Very close to aswan centre/market. Just pay for 10egyptian pounds for taxi from hotel to market. Not more.

Review 7：Thilthy rooms, aged bathrooms, the tub handle was loose, the mini bar was dirty and some broken pieces in it. The wardrobe doors were stuck and when we called for maintenance no answer and my uncle did his best to fix it. No wi-fi except in the lobby. The food was suitable for a 3 star hotel.

Review 9：The hotel is definitely not a 5-star hotel! The service (When asking for essential items such as soap or a baby cot we had to ask 4 times. The front desk staff is so disinterested, you do not feel welcome in the hotel) The furniture is not clean, almost disgusting (curtains, bed spreads, bathtub, ...) The staff is not informative at all, when it came to planning trips They tried to charge us for things that were officially without charge ( like the kettle in the room)

Review 11：Room was not clean specially the bathroom. It took a few hours and a few phone calls to the front desk to get soap. Likewise for a baby-cot. The overall resonsiveness of the staff was slow and not suitable for a 5 stars hotel.

Review 13：Only swimming pool can be used. Other facilities can't be used. No internet in rooms. Little traffic noise in the early morning for rooms facing the nile river. Breakfast quality is poor.

Review 15：1. Staff. Asked four times to have them connect internet cable never happened. Asked them to look at the sliding closet doors...ended up fixing them myself. 2. They say there is internet in rooms...not true...must have cable which is located somewhere behind the bed...see number 1 3. Staff not friendly ..mainly owing to they only speak arabic...so it comes off as unfriendly as opposed to just not understanding. 4. This hotel is owned by the military. ..be ready to be frisked at the door. Also the cab drivers literally stalk you as if you are prey. Store across the street will charge you 4 times more for product...for example husband got same groceries for 40le..he tried to charge me 98. Over all disappointing and not worth the money at all.

The mainhotel building is closed because tourism in Egypt is down to a trickle.The few rooms available are a long walk from the front desk. Their airconditioning is shut off, the breakfast buffet is at a rationing level(they didn't even have bottled water) and they have no credit cardcapability. We had to find an atm to pay cash.
